From day one my experience with Brilliant POS has been an absolute wonderful experience. The sales rep Ms. Jasmaine Chapman was on point given me a clear expectation of what to expect from my POS Machine. My experience with Jason Bell was awesome! He literally held my hand from beginning of the initial signing up to my very customer first transaction. Ty for making everything simple and easy. I couldn't be more satisfied, Jason is very honest, professional and knowledgeable in his craft. I will not hesitate to give other business owners Jason information when they are in need of a Clover devices, and a wonderful representative experience.

Jeff with Brilliant has been great in helping me set up my new system. I chose Brilliant because of their commitment to excellent customer service, and I appreciate that you get to have your own personal representative assist you through the process and beyond. Not to mention their system stays up and running even when the internet is out. Five stars! ???? ????????????????

Jasmine Chapman is a dedicated consultant and Sr. Product Advisor. She represents the company well. Her customer service is excellent. She goes over and beyond to be there for any questions and or concerns. She breaks down all information and will help as much as needed. Choosing a Merchant and POS system can be hard but Jasz exhibited patience and understanding. Never made me feel rushed or pressured. It has been a great experience working with Jasmine Chapman. Thanks for your hard work and integrity.

I was looking for a POS system that could keep up with retail, services, clocking in and out and more. Matt Lupella was amazing at keeping me on track with getting approved and set up with Clover. The rates were better than my banking that they sent me a email saying go with Clover lol. I can’t wait to set up my back office!!!

I am new to the Clover system, but have used and set-up a multitude of POS systems. So far the process has been fairly easy. The few issues that I have experienced have been answered clearly and have allowed me to feel confidence in accepting payments in the opening of our store.

We have recently brought the Clover system into our company. It is very easy to use, and easy to train staff members with. Jeff assisted us, and was very helpful! I also recommend using the credit card processing system. Easy to use, and low fees!

Grant helped me pick the right POS system for our family owned mechanic shop in NYC. We have been using an old POS system and then changed to square. Unfortunately the constant high CC fees were making us lose money. I spoke with multiple people in this industry, and Grant seemed honest and knowledgeable about the product and what he could offer our company. He has helped since day 1 and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend starting your business with Brilliant POS. They help nationwide.

Brilliant Pos is a great company to work with. Especially Grant super knowledgeable and knew everything about the type of business I was starting. Set up was super fast and he got me up and running in just a couple days. What I love about this company is that I can reach Grant directly whenever I need help with something and his response time is super fast. Munchkins Indoor Playground is very satisfied with Brilliant Pos and Grant!!!!
