Wow I could’ve guess why their ratings is so low. Let me start by saying the staff was helpful but before I did any service over the phone I specifically ask the tech guy how much did it cost. He told me $95 an hour. Ok that’s fine, i agreed and continue with the service. When we were done he told me oh it’s 10 mins I have to ask my boss how much will it cost. He called me with the price of 55$ for 10 mins. I don’t know how they came up with that price. So I continue to ask for the boss. He got on the phone and told me that’s the price it was. I stated it was only 10 mins how did he charge me 55, he rudely told me the tech had to stop what he had to do to help me. Well excuse me how else would he call me back for a phone support. He told me phone support is 95$ an hr. I stated yes that’s what I did sir, I called for a phone support. At this time he did not have anything to say back to me but for me to pay and don’t ever call back if i don’t pay. Funny guy can’t do his math and is so rude to a customer. BTW they do take your cc over the phone so be on the watch out for that. They don’t tell you the exact price then come back with a ridiculously price to charge you.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a professional setting. I have been calling for about 4 months now, leaving messages, and have yet to have One phone call returned to resolve an issue I am having with their system. Unbelievably frustrating.
