We have had Future POS as our point of sale system for over 9 years and love it. After using other systems, Future is by far the best. It is easy to use and program. Dakota Retail techs are knowledgeable and professional. If you do have a problem they are quick to respond and get it taken care of. I highly recommend Future POS and Dakota Retail Technologies. My name is Rabab Koepp and I own Rabab's at Brooks and Rabab's at the Lake restaurants in Okoboji and Arnolds Park, Iowa. I have worked with several point of sale systems, from Micros to Aloha and hands down, Future POS is by far the best that I have ever worked with. Design for the complex and simple minded. Very easy to figure out and even easier to train staff on. The programming is brilliant. I love it so much, I bought another complete system for my second location restaurant and discarded another brand new system that I had purchased a year ago.....
Dakota Retail Techs are great to work with. Always professional. I highly recommend this product.
