Our company had been with FPOS for more than 10 years. We are very pleased with their services. They always help us if we need to change anything with our menus or anything. They always go above and beyond for us and never leave us out in the dark. We have the lastest equipment to use and the program is easy to learn and run. We have had them for nearly 4 years now and by far my favorite POS company. They do training with the staff on FOH terminals and teach the managers about BOH usage. Also they are always quick to answer when we have a question about something we don’t know or there is something not working. They have a solid staff and provide the best customer service. We now use them in all of our establishments. Recommend to anyone i know looking for a good company and POS system!
