I recently purchased a restaurant that has Digital Dining. IBS is the service provider and the company that sold the equipment to the original owners. IBS will not service the equipment or the software updates required unless I pay them for past due bills from nearly 10 years of service that they provided the original owners. How am I responsible for past restaurant ownership? IBS has been awful to work with and I would warn anyone from purchasing Digital Dining Equipment from IBS - You will not get return phone calls or any type of professional service.
