I worked for them and beware of the Digital Dining software. It is not a quick service software, horrible but the best Fine Dining software with several good features.
IBS has the best point of sale systems for restaurants and small businesses. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market.

IBS has charged Tommy Boy's for many months after they were no longer a customer and has ignored the many requests for reimbsursement. They said they would reimburse for 3 months. Once i proved that it should be for 10 months they ignored me. I have not even been reimbursed for the 3 months that they said they were cutting a check for.
