I have been a customer of LPA's for 20 years and their team of IT professionals have kept me going. I just had a problem last week and Dave once again saved the day. My equipment is old and I am a very small business so my expenditures with LPA are not much, but never the less, they respond quickly and professionally every time. With all the worries a small business owner faces daily it is reassuring to know help is a phone call or email away. A big thank you to the whole LPA team.

Not customer friendly.. Continually are told to leave a message for their tech support. Running a retail system, someone should be on call and able to answer right away during business hours. They refused all calls during a staff meetings. Continued practice
