TERRIBLE customer service . They notified not a single customer that they were going out of business. They just locked the doors and walked out . Everything still on desks etc … it looked like the zombie apocalypse had come through their office . They deserve exactly what they got . Happy to report we have gone on to bigger and better .

POS Solutions has the latest technology to serve our restaurant needs.
Chris & Felipe visited our restaurant Las Costillas in Dover, NJ yesterday, they offered me to upgrade our old system. This is the product I was searching for a while.
I am so happy to do business with them.

I'm a store manager and we use Pos Solutions for our registers and their customer service is absolutely wonderful. 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday I called for 2 registers that went out after a big storm. They helped me get them back up and running in time for business hours to start. The gentleman offered to come out to us on his day off. Wonderful service all around.

They are simply amazing! They not only converted my Tec system over to Samsung but they configured 27000 plu's. Their technicians worked tirelessly to make sure every aspect of my new registers system operated perfectly to suite my needs. I highly recommend Pos Solutions.
