Very nice office building. I was there for ServiceNow training and the conference area was easy to find, very well managed. As you walk along the side of the building there is an area where you can look in on a lab area, and it is kind of cool to see the various pieces of equipment being serviced or setup.

Took 3 months to get back on internship and ignored emails asking for updates. Had some nice people but hiring process was handled poorly. Also had drastically different interviews for applicants to the same position.

Horrible service I’ve tried 2 days now contacting NCR about getting NCR in my store. Turned out they did not want my business because nobody will pick up their phones. Corporate office would not even pick up their office phone either!

Horrible billing department/collections. I do owe an alleged amount of 189 and willing to pay by by check. They say no, ask why, I was told covid 19, but they have all my information.....sounds fishy

Very nice building. I needed assistance and the people at the front desk were very helpful and went up and beyond to assist me. It was nice and clean. Great location.

My husband , Eric Jerniganvwas kind enough to give my parents a tour of the new buildings. Awwessome! And from my husband's rapport, also a great place to work. He loves NCR he's 9 years in!

Amazing scenery when you get to higher floors. This place was absolutely beautiful! I love the area and would definitely come again just to see. This place is great to see the city of Atlanta from up high. It is truly beautiful.

If I could rate below 1-star I surely would. The product isn't too terrible but God forbid if you need any assistance from the support team. They can't resolve ANYTHING and just escalate things and we the customers are left high and dry. My mother dealt with a Ms Evans "escalation manager" and needless to say, nothing was resolved. If the head of the support team can't resolve issues, then I know for sure the agents are not any better. smh waste of monthly dollars

Beautiful new facility located downtown in the Tech Square area. They are relocating there from their Duluth facility. Went there for an interview.
It's packed with technology and is very chic with tons of windows for great outdoor views and has nice eateries and a full gym for employees.
The facility also has a very nice parking deck that's attached so you're unencumbered from the weather which is very nice.
Everyone is super nice and Im hoping to be working there soon as they are definitely on the move!

Great views, good access to interstate and surface streets, and all the amenities including Octane coffee. I'm really enjoying working @ NCR's Global Headquarters (NCR GHQ).

Buyer beware!! You will have to count all your inventory by hand. You can not scan an item into inventory and update the qty you have on hand! This makes counting inventory twice as long especially if your a retailer with thousands of skus. You also have no way to record any lay-a-way items or take payments. The tech support is terrible, if you can get a hold of them they are very poorly trained on how the software works especially when it come to reports. They also sold me 500.00 worth of Bluetooth scanners I can't use because that is a feature they don't currently have. I would look somewhere else to spend my money

Worst POS software I have ever used! $10 apps do a better job. System is riddled with problems and they are so poorly managed. It's ridiculous. DO NOT waste your money and be prepared for serious frustration and no customer service.
Installing the chipcard reader took down our entire system and we could not process credit cards correctly for days! When we realized the issue (within minutes), customers were being double charged and we had no proof of their purchase in our system (but good ol' NCR could see it on their backend, but had no way of showing us). Nothing was documented on any reports or financial statements. The "customer service rep" said it was a known error, with no fix. I asked why they would even move customers over to the new reader, if that's the case! And I had to make the suggestion to remove it , and go back to swiping the cards, and finally someone got around to us days later. It was horrible. No one from upper management called us back as requested. Nothing was adjusted and we didn't even receive an apology, but of course they took out their over priced monthly fee like clockwork.
That leads me to another thing, their "concierges" are so poorly trained, that they will screw up anything they touch. 3 times I utilized the service and had to delete everything they did (hours and hours of work), and manually enter it. I voiced my frustrations and requested that the concierge fee/service be removed, and of course it never happened.
This is terrible software, managed by people who are clearly a penny wise and a pound foolish. This product sucks plain and simple.
I have worked in developing online databases and trained many employees on software. Without that knowledge, this company would have done so much more damage to my business. SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE! When our contract is up we will NEVER use this garbage platform again. Save yourself so much grief and pick a different app... any other one will be better. Hell a cash register from the 1800s missing half its buttons would be a better investment.

Buyer beware! Sudden price increases on a regular basis. I only received a two week warning before a 33% increase after being a customer for 4 years. Customer service consistently gives incorrect answers to questions. Use another POS system!

The front entrance is actually on the side not facing the street. Signs were not intuitive to point you towards the main entrance from the backside of building. Besides that, the building lobby is nicely put together.
