The system itself works great and I strongly believe would be a great tool for any repair center.
The customer service and help is the best I've ever received working with a company. Our representative is Jack Grant and he always responds in a timely way and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running well on our end. He helped our facilities get set up and assisted in building us an inspection. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. 10/10 would recommend.
It is a ok dvi system but we switched software company that offers dvi at no additional cost. I called multiple times with no response then finally reached out to my parts vender to get me in contact with someone. Received a call a few days later and the rep that service’s my area said to send her an email requesting immediate cancellation. She responded and said it would be canceled immediately but I’m still getting charged

We recently started using AS1 for our digital vehicle inspections. The first few days were frustrating , as I dove right in without training first, just how I am..lol. After a short call with Ram at Autoserve, we were rocking the system. The feedback we have received from customers has been fantastic. It's unbelievable the amount of work it has generated and the time it has saved. Now when a customer gets the inspection results, they are able to see everything with there car, educate themselves before calling, then either click to approve or call in. No more having to explain over and over what's going on with there car. The text feature is also very good, we have had multiple customers already use it instead of a phone call to us, HUGE time savings. Looking forward to the upcoming features they are working on. Would , and have recommend them to other shop owners. Only wish we started with them years ago.

This is a poor program most stuff won't transfer to tablets theres no way to bypass assigned stuff I wouldn't even give it one star

After 3 years of using this service, They managed to charge my personal card ( twice ) and in the last 2 months not be able to credit me ? and rebill the correct card.( this should be 20 minutes of work )
When you call in , You get someone on the other end of the phone who does an amazing job of talking him self in circles while getting nothing done.
This was a professional business at one time. Not sure what happened, there's a lot of competition in this market now . I would recommend you look around before making this decision .

Using Autoserve1 digital inspection has definitely Increased our RO's.

We have been using AutoServe1 for a few months now and their customer service has been excellent every time I have had to use it. If I have any issues I will get a call within 5 minutes once I submit a ticket and the issue resolved within minutes. Great program!

AutoServe1 allows my shop to interact with customers in a way that provides full transparency, promotes trust, and has consistently delivered upsells. Its integration with NAPA TRACS enables us as a NAPA AutoCare Center to provide service above and beyond what we could do with a paper inspection form. It is easier to use for the Advisor and the Techs in the shop. AutoServe1 is driving great business reviews and we will not be going back to the old way of doing things!

Overpriced. not a reliable system at all.
Called for technical support, press 2. was on hold over an hour. When you input information, you may loose it many times its happened. $350.00 per month is definitely vary steep.
THE OTHER THING ABOUT THE PROGRAM IS, IF YOUR ON A SCREEN AND YOU PRESS BACK SPACE YOULL HAVE TO START ALL OVER.

This system has way to many bugs,. crashes and loss off data. At this time I would not recommend the system to anyone that relies on someone keeping your history off customer base. I will remove this review if the system support team is able to resolve my issues. Up to now i have waited all day and not 1 phone call back from the tech support team. Very disappointed.
When they sold me the system, the made it seem like it was the best in the industry. After a few moths i beg to differ.

We have been using Auto Serve 1 for 8 months. The team there are always positive, helpful and always going the extra mile. This is what makes them better then the competition. I’m very happy I made the jump to digital inspections. I will never go back. My clients are loving it! Now shop owners/managers/techs, you will need to commit to this program. It’s very hard to find the time when your busy. But please find the time. (Not in my area. haha). I have always believed in taking care of my clients and going the extra mile. That’s what make us different the the competition. Mike, Mark & Celeste you have been great!!!

AutoServe1 is an amazing tool to have in your shop. It gives the technicians a way to quickly and clearly document their findings. The pictures that go along with the documentation allow the customer to understand what their vehicle needs before a phone conversation ever happens. The red, yellow, green scale helps the Advisor and the customer prioritize repairs which leads to follow up visits. I am also very pleased with the recently added texting capability. We find that a majority of our customers prefer this form of communication over a phone call. This program speeds the entire process from check in to check out. I have used it for years and highly recommend it.

We have been using the AutoServe1 platform for a few years now. One of the main reasons we chose AutoServe1 was its ability to integrate with Protractor Software. 5 of our 6 shops are using it today and we plan on rolling it out at the 6th shop soon. Our customers really like the report and pictures and several of them have commented on this when leaving us a review. One of our core values is to be transparent with our customers, AutoServe1 helps us in that mission.

After looking at lots of other DVI programs we chose Autoserve1 for a few reasons. First of all the report the customer gets is clean and easy to follow. Second the ease of use for my techs is paramount with the ability for them to pull up the service interval due by mileage while they're performing their inspection as well as taking photos and videos. On my end the ability to make our own inspections to suit our business as well as use the reports to track our inspections.My customers love it and now ask to make sure we're going to use it during their visit. Support is awesome and I highly recommend Autoserve1!

Amazing system! As promised, it's only taken a few weeks to get used to and average RO's are going up! It's integrated well into Protractor and the couple of times I've seen an issue, Celeste is all over it and gets it fixed FAST! She's extremely professional, easy to talk to and "owns the material"! Can't say enough about Celeste! She goes above & beyond and knows what she's doing!

Autoserve adds a layer to our business that helps show our customers we are serious about servicing their vehicle and will go so far as documenting issues with photos and video along with providing informative explainer videos. Customers are impressed and appreciative.

I wanted to share my experience with you about Protractor and auto serve one.
We signed up with auto serve one in October, we were told we would not see a bill until January 2019 because of a special promotion. John our sales rep called my 40 times to get me to sign up, once I signed the contract he was never heard from again, Felt like all he wanted was to make his quota for the month. In October we paid the set up fee of $400 to set up the custom report and a custom inspection made just as the contract sates. Late November we get a call to finally integrate the table system with our Mitchell management program. Another month goes by and we get a training session that lasts 30 minutes so we can set up our inspections, the trainer Mike said he would get us a custom inspection made by the first of the year which is still 4 weeks away. Mike the trainer gives us access to the program 3 months after signing up. We find out the integration is not set up right, according to their system we have only worked on 4 vehicles in the past month. No solution to the problem was attempted to fix the integration.
$800 and three months later we have a product with no value and does not work!!
The manager Kole from auto serve one will not even call me, he just set me a email stating what seems like the information he was told by his employees, I don't think he even bothered to check it out first hand. I would not recommend using this company, Hopefully I am the exception to getting bad service.
