Software is full of bugs, support can not answer any questions with out remotely connecting to your computer and most of those sessions end in no fix anyways. A recent report of a flaw in the software when picking multiple items (example 3 x item ) only one of the items is charged sales tax. Leaving your business to have to pay the taxes you should have collected from the customer and if you miss it possibly putting your business into a full tax audit situation with fines and penalties. After reporting the issue and allowing remote access the rep responded with don't use that feature. No solution to the problem, just don't use the feature. Kind of like that joke where the patient says to his doctor, doc my arm hurts when I do this in which the doctor responds then don't do that. That joke is much more funny than this one is.
I have been customer since 2018 and I'm strongly considering leaving this service. It was okay when I got the service in the beginning, few problems here and there but they would normally fix them. Now, since last couple years, their customer service and technical team has been very unhelpful and do not fix any problems whatsoever. The software Freezes regularly (I have a speedy Intel i5 PC with 16GB Ram that handles everything else with NO issues but they always try to blame pc on each call when they have no real solution for their problems) I have to force close at least 2 times each day, sometimes you can't even force close, have to restart whole pc, and then there are other small glitches and bugs with the sales tax on checkout, that incompetent tech support doesn't understand how to fix. I have Called customer support many times and had my time wasted. Their only "solution" is to download the new update (which never fixes anything because whoever does the updates doesn't check for problems, and often creates new problems that weren't there before). The honest truth is it's a very poorly managed company with subpar software.. Not worth the money.
