I have used Fishbowl inventory for over a year now and it is a great product. It has significantly changed our business and freed up lots of my time. I no longer have to juggle dozens of spreadsheets every time we build production runs. Tyler in customer service just helped us solve an issue and got us up and running. I looked at many other competitors before purchasing and 1 year out, I still think we made the best choice! Highly recommended. Great product! Great service!
This was a fantastic company. Not sure what changed. It takes an our and 15 minutes to get ahold of a support rep for an issue. They arent willing to work with you when you need the program to do something that seems imprortant or easy to code or add a simple feature to an exisitng feature. They dont listen to thier customers.

Awful customer support wait times are well over 30 to 45 minutes just to ask a question. We went live three days ago and literally can’t get a hold of anyone to help us with some of the problems we are having. Do not pay for the customer support add-on not worth it at all. If you have a large part number database fishbowl inventory doesn’t work too laggy. Lots of overpromising and under delivering. Very disappointed will not recommend fishbowl inventory to anyone.

We purchased inventory software from Fishbowl and then had an exceptionally difficult time implementing the software. We paid for a number of items that we have not received months later, went weeks without receiving responses from them during the implementation process, and were verbally promised things that they have walked back or denied entirely. Worst of all, because of their lack of responsiveness, they claim that we are not eligible for a refund on the software because we are past the time limit for the satisfaction guarantee. Integrations, services, implementation support, and custom reports were paid for and never received. The server has been down for long time periods (days at a time), credit card systems won't integrate properly and the software crashes regularly on our machines.
Rather than try to do what is right and work things through, they have opted to take a hard line on this issue with no flexibility at all. We are now currently pursuing legal action. If you are considering using their products or services I would recommend in the strongest of language possible to not do any business with this company.

As the operations manager of a fast paced and rapidly growing home services company, software of any kind is last on my list. However with the current state of the supply chain, inventory became something we had to have to keep moving forward. We chose Fishbowl as our inventory control software and I couldn't be happier. The software works incredible and Madison and the team were great to work with.

I greatly enjoy working with Fishbowl, but it's their support team that really makes it all worth it. I had a tricky problem I had been trying to figure out for 2 days that involved Facebook and Shopify. Hayden Rentfro with Fishbowl Support went above and beyond to help me figure this thing out. I had a support call with Tyler today, and while the mystery remains with the issue I called about, he gave me some suggestions on how to track if it happens again and what to look for. He was friendly, helpful, and committed to helping me figure out what was going on. The company I work for has used Fishbowl for almost a year now, and although it has been a steep learning curve, the integration with Shopify on our website and Quickbooks for accounting has streamlined our manufacturing and order fulfillment process significantly. I have always had a good experience calling their support line. Thanks Tyler!

Our Fishbowl Representative Madison displayed excellent customer service and exceptional subject knowledge while assisting our team today. Right away she was able to isolate and discuss possible issues. Through the course of the call she was very helpful and courteous to our concerns. The resolution was overall simple, our team still greatly appreciated the results as we were able to get back to our regular day to day. The call was completed in less than 5 minutes after hold time.
Kudos to Madison’s for her subject knowledge, efficient service and personable helpful attitude.

This company is horrible to deal with!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE. Look at the other reviews and take note. My company purchased this software back in December. We tried to install ourselves because FB would not travel during COVID. We failed and when we tried to go back and get help from FB the experience was horrible. They are more worried about protecting themselves from legal issues than making sure their customer are successful.
Ask yourself why a company offer a 30 day money back guarantee, but on their our website and company communications they state it takes between 30-90 days to install???? Again more worried about legally protecting themselves.
In the end my company went with NETSUITE---save your self the trouble.

I helped my CEO in selecting this product to replace our current software. Off the bat and because we know exactly which options we need to run our business, we listed some software requirements we couldn't live without to the salesperson at Fishbowl. After he checked with his superiors, he assured us that they're able to accommodate and if not, they will refund us our money if we canceled within 30 days. As the days dragged along, we were nearly into the third week without being able to test the system out after we had paid for it. We asked them to give us an extension on this trial period in case they couldn't deliver on some of the necessities in the software. Long story short, they weren't able to deliver on some aspects we needed, mainly, to have the previous balance for customers to show up on the invoices or receipts. Their fix was for us to download all the customer balances from QB, nightly, into a spreadsheet, remove all the parents, and upload that sheet into Fishbowl, etc. or for us to take payments in Fishbowl without the ability to apply a payment for multiple accounts. These two options, for anyone who does this for a living, know that they're not realistic. So one day before the 30 days were up, we asked them to refund our money as they couldn't deliver on what was agreed upon. They started to play games, saying they already worked on a custom receipt and that would cost us over $3k. Please learn from our mistake. I will update this post routinely after we see our refund.

Two years into our experience and I can honestly say, SPEND THE MONEY ON NETSUITE. What a joke. What a waste of money and time and stress and lost sales and lost productivity.
The software is buggy. Every release fixes some issues and breaks others. The support team is responsive most of the time, but don't even consider asking for help from the reports folks. They have one black-hole email address, no direct line, no direct contact to your report writer, no direct support... And, what's worse? After spending thousands of dollars, they'll provide a report that only kinda works, then become completely unresponsive when you try to engage them about fixing the bugs.
Do yourself and your business a favor, move along. My company will be.

I worked with quite a few of the Fishbowl support people on various issues as I learn how best to implement the system. All of them have been very helpful and friendly to work with. Fishbowl has put together a great support team that I look forward to working with over the coming years. Keep up the good work!

Fishbowl has been great for our business. Their software has automated so many aspects of our inventory management, fulfillment, and shipping. Their service and support are top notch too. This is a full featured inventory system that has many of the features and benefits of SAP, but at a fraction of the cost. This is a great small to medium size business tool.

Fishbowl Inventory has some of the best customer support people in the business. They are incredibly friendly and responsive. Understanding my needs and helping me get the results our company is expecting seems to be their highest priority. Amon in the plug-in support team has been amazingly helpful, and it's always great to work with him.

We integrated in December of 2018, the initial transition was pretty smooth. They came on site and helped us train with the transition, I would definitely book more than just one session for the training. We've had a bit of a bumpy road after the initial setup and we've had a lot of phone calls with the fishbowl support and they've resolved all our problems one way or another. Once we get all our problems fixed I firmly believe that Fishbowl will be more than capable to take on our manufacturing inventory. Customer support is definitely your friend.

Customer service with Fishbowl has greatly improved over the past year. We use to have issues getting call back or a response at all. They are now very responsive and take care of all of my questions and request very quickly. Travis does a great job. Thank you Fishbowl keep up the good work!

After looking at dozens of software, I chose Fishbowl. Before that, we tracked our 6000sqft warehouse on an excel spreadsheet. We had to manually input hundreds of orders a day. Needless to say, Fishbowl had every feature we needed. What they didn't have, they were able to help us develop. The software is very easy to use and simple to understand for every user. As far as customer support, fishbowl is unlike any other company I know. They either answer or call you back very promptly and I have never had an issue they were not able to resolve immediately. It has now been 3 years since we started using Fishbowl and I am very happy with that decision.

We are relatively new to Fishbowl (inventory and manufacturing) and are 100% satisfied. I handled the implementation and roll out at our company and was super impressed with the product and service. As we are now in our 3rd live month, the service continues to impress me and we are fine tuning our system to use as many Fishbowl features as possible. We now have one plug in (BigCommerce) and it too seems to work well.
I absolutely recommend Fishbowl!
