When the pos system working its good but unfortunately at least once or twice a *day* there is something that causes the system to run extremally slowly or just stop working. Below is a picture from there customer support with the great service you can receive.

Worst system I have ever used, could not be any slower! When calling about it they just say delete the system and re download it! Well that didn’t work!!

Extremely poor support. They are not available during standard business hours for support of their product because of an "employee appreciation event." Love appreciating your employees, but need you to be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays no matter what.

The worst piece of software I’ve used in my life. No efficient way to check in product, no way to change SKUs and tons and tons of other oversights. POS stands for something else when it comes to this system.

Do not trust this company!!!! They can not do their job correctly then call your tech guy at your company to help them on your time, then they will poach them and steal them away all while you pay for their bull $#!+ service. Shady business practices.

The service goes down at the most crucial times. Mostly on holidays and just recently on 4/20. When volune increases significantly their servers cant keep up and crash. Making the companies using flowhub lose tens of thousands of dollars on some of the busiest days of the year. Has hapoened a handful of times in the 2 years ive been working with it.
