This company has an amazing product with impeccable customer service. They are the leader in Hospitality Point Of Sale. I strongly recommend them. Look at all the old systems people trade in to get Revention POS. Crazy!
Who did they pay off to get the rating. They Liquidated several companies and distroyed what CRS built. Way to go.

We have been with Hungerrush for about three years now I decided to purchase APP on 04/01/21 and they promised it would be ready on July but APP wasn’t ready at time part because of us and part because of them but they start charging my credit anyway as of this day and many other problems we went through they are still charging my credit cards and there is no one to fix this they are stealing my money on this though time we are going through.

I am updating my first review. I had an issue, which initially was not getting any response. I proceeded to make noise and finally got their attention. From that point on, I was happy with their efforts to resolve the problem. The initial lack of response cost them a star, but I will say that I continue to be a happy customer. I am a business owner, and I do recognize that things don't always go smoothly when there is a problem. Once I had the attention of management, they resolved things quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to a friend.

We returned a monitor and we were assured we would receive a full refund for it. I received UPS confirmation of delivery to the facility. They are claiming the person who signed for the package doesn't work for them. So, even though it was confirmed delivered to them, I am out the $649.00 for the equipment. No supervisor will return my many phone calls and emails in the accounting department. I would not recommend this POS to anyone.

Just installed Revention and we are a different model then they have done before. Travis, Glen and Shakira are amazing. They are the reason we are working through so many changes but sticking with it. Revention must have an amazing management philosophy to have such incredible employees. A+++ customer service

Just finished installation of our new Revention POS System and absolutely love it!! The Revention team was informative and responsive throughout the process. Our installer, Travis, was pleasant and professional--went above and beyond to ensure every question was answered and quickly instituting custom changes to the system as we found the unforeseen need, resulting in all personnel being trained and comfortable with the system. I highly recommend the product and the Revention team!

The Revention System at startup was a godsend. We use to have Revention and switched to another provider (Not by choice) but came back after 11 months. Our installation expert (Robert) was wonderful and did a great job. As soon as we saw our menu on screen staff were so happy. Thank you Revention, we look forward to a long business relationship this time around.

I think Revention is a fantastic company! They have been the heart and soul of our business since we started. I don't think we would be where we are today without their POS system. It makes running a busy restaurant extremely fast and very organized. I love how they always come out with new cutting edge products too! I just started working with their team supervisor Andrew Quick about improving our online presence, he was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I understood everything surrounding the new project and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend working with Revention and their team members anytime! Great Company!!

Super excited about my new Revention system. Having so much capabilities to better run my business is a godsend! This is my second installation and can not wait to get my new business up and running to utilize this machine. I will be able to handle such a diverse sales management, inventory and payroll. When running a business it helps to have such sophisticated equipment! The entire Revention team facilitated my needs from the salesperson to the installer. Christian Monroy took care of the system purchase, Lucas Spiel managed all the installation setup, and Travis Young did a stellar job installing the system down to the training and additional programming. Kudos to the whole team!

Travis was extremely helpful with install of the new credit card software and he was able to see that we weren't taking advantage of a lot of features that Revention offers. He trained me on some new stuff and I'm excited to take advantage of these features. Was a great experience talking to him.

I have been a Revention customer for about 13 years now. They are still the best POS available in my opinion. Over the years I have seen the improvements made to the system and been able to give feedback for future improvements. The online/app ordering "Hungerrush" is GREAT & allows us to keep up with the big boys. The Honeycomb rewards system is also great & getting better all the time. Looking forward to the next 13 years of improvments!

Revention's Point of Sale system is top notch. The customer communication quality is like no other. Revention has became the brains to our business's life. We will never switch to another pos system. We have been using Revention for about 4 years.

I've been working with Revention for over two years now. I have always been impressed with how hard working the employees are at Revention. It certainly caused me to step up my game once I knew my way around. Great products, great employees... but don't mistake the fun facility and culture for laid back; very forward leaning company always trying to get better at what they do. If you want to work here, be prepared to break out of your comfort zone.

Being employed in all of the operations departments, the department that has fulfilled the greatest return is the Customer Service department. Revention has the best customer service in the industry. I had been with Micros for the past 15 years. Upgrading to Revention POS was the BEST decision I ever made for my business. The system is intuitive to use and has cut my staff training time in half. Best of all, their customer service department is staffed 24/7 with ACTUAL HUMANS. I never have to wait or submit an issue to some offshore answering service. They have helped me with everything from changing my menu to troubleshooting a printer after we lost power. I have worked with Kevin on multiple occasions. He is fast, knowledgeable and patient with my lack of technical ability. Thank you Kevin!

Revention POS is by far one of the best in the business. The quality of customer support is by far superior to competitors. Personally I have been involved with this company for almost two years and have seen a great deal of growth in they way customers are treated.

Company has been increasingly poor to work with. Now they force you to use their credit card processing. Effectively screwing all existing customers that have their extremely expensive equipment. They think that the cost of leaving them is too high. I recommend avoiding doing business with this company. They do NOT prioritize the customer's best interest

Where do I start?
The 3 Handheld devices I purchased with my new POS in 2015? They were complete garbage locking up all of the time, but every time I tried to talk with Revention about it they blamed our WiFi connection? Our WiFi works fine. We finally had to have the handhelds shipped to the manufacturer and they came back still inoperable. That was $5000 down the tube along with several servers who hated them and quit.
What next? Oh, the Online ordering apps I ordered the day after Thanksgiving in 2016 that still aren't working? I was told we would get training for online order setup and I have got a total of about 10 minutes worth of training. I was told 2 weeks ago that by the end of day I would have an answer about my iPhone App. I'm still waiting for an email. That was $4000.
Even better..when we are packed it takes over 15 seconds to look up a customer order because the computer is running slow! It takes over 1 minute to pull up a server cash out report! That's lovely when you're busy but trying to get servers and bartenders cashed out.
My new favorite is since the update whenever a server splits a check we have an error pop up that says "TM Objection" and it locks up our whole system. The servers then have to re-ring each order individually on its own table to print checks and then a manager has to go in and void the entire original ticket. This is extremely drawn out and embarrassing whe we have a full house and we need to turn tables but can't get people cashed out. Of course, when we call in for support Revention says that there is no problem that they can find. Good thing I'm paying that $120/month for support.
My new Station I ordered because of my inoperable crappy handhelds locks up all of the time for no reason. My servers hate it. That was a cool $2000 back in November!
I have way over $20,000 wrapped up in this system, and it sucks. Don't buy it. I will be shopping for a new system at the NRA Show in Chicago this year. That's how much I hate this POS.

We are a medium sized company with an IT department and a lot of highly educated staffers.
This is not like we just don't know how to use software and got angry.
The sales side will absolutely LIE to you and do whatever it takes, will say whatever it takes, and will claim whatever it takes to get the sale.
They have CRM software to pull up data on their clients and will report internally about "problem clients."
They will show potential clients this data if you ask about poor reviews. They showed us.
This is their way of deflecting poor reviews.
They also have several counter-mechanisms in place for poor online reviews.
But the worst issue is an overall institutional one; because tech support and other install managers only try and clean up the mess that sales promise.
Try calling back to sales after you buy this system and complain.
You'll see what we are talking about.
The tipping point causing us to write this review ... is one we can't even talk about right now because of a legal issue we hope you will eventually learn about.
But to help you... the only take away you need to know is "NO"
The real answer is NO.
No the system will NOT do half of what they claim, OR, if it does, you will pay considerably more, and spend your days tinkering and calling for support on issues that should be relatively easy to repair.
Every repair causes a domino of 2-3-4 more things to fail. Boxes become unchecked. Prices disappear. Old menus reappear. Deleted databases resurface. Tech supporters blame other tech supporters.
Its all ridiculous.
There are serious institutional failures within the company and despite what sales will claim about the company growing in size, we think pretty strongly this company may not be around too much longer.
