The service at IT Retail has always been good. But after the pandemic, service slipped a little. We were waiting for quite a while to get our system updated to the newer version of IT Retail. Louis started handling our Account and things started happening very quickly. He has been fantastic in helping us solve old problems and deal with any new ones that may pop up.
I am very grateful that he is on the Team. He has restored my faith in IT Retail. I hope he is there for a long time. Nick

I love the software. It's one of our greatest advantages to have such a good software in this competitive industry. We have used it for about 26 years now. They are constantly developing, staying up with the best technology, and trends to help small independent grocers. I love their customer focus / loyalty program. Their service has also been fantastic. I would say Donna, Kristin, William, and Louis have been a great help for our stores.

We’ve been a customer of IT Retail for nearly 15 years, we love the fact they are a small family owned business and price themselves exceptionally well compared to some of the bigger POS companies. We have been using IT Retail pos system since 2010. It's one of the best pos softwares out their for supermarkets. Most importantly their support team is what makes them unique. Louis Ramirez is one of the best. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with the software and it's database.

Great experience with IT Retail & thank you Rick for the exceptional service. After being a customer (prisoner) of Clover/First Data for years I had little hope that there was a solution out there for us that:
a. Would fit my unique high volume grocery market.
b. Would support the more complex hardware that I was looking for such as Zebra scanner/scales, ingenico lane 7000 etc.
c. That I could afford
Yes there are always glitches and items that need to be worked thru like any major update to a stores front end but their support staff has been there 100% answering the phone, email text, answering my phone call by name.
Their approach at handling questions, updates etc. is very straight forward:
1. You call them, they answer the phone (I just text Rick or call his cell)
2. They sign into the lane remotely and can see everything, they correct the issue or explain your question.
3. If its a hardware issue they ship you a new one or call an HP tech to come out. We had an issue with a screen on a lane, at 4 pm I emailed Paris in their office, FEDEX delivered a new one the next morning at 7:30am. No back and fourth, no bull, no wining.
I mean, what is better than that in this day and age?
I have owned this concept for 20 years and I can tell you, most companies just want you sign up and then its, "yeah call the 1-800 number, they can help" - good luck with that.
No system is perfect, no system will never have a glitch, its all in how the vendor handles it. Thanks again Rick!

To bad I was interested in buying 2 POS systems and your software for my retail shop
But William Gould your sales rep didn't want to sell me anything unless I process credit card with you, he think I'm wasting his time
On your website it's clearly state that I don't have to sign up with your processor whoever I use the same processor but still wasn't enough for William
Please clarify are you a credit card company or a software company?
By the way William drafted a contract before even talking to me and knowing my needs, reminds me of old school car salesman
