I have been an Ordyx customer for 8 years and I continue to be happy with the product and support services that I receive., This season we lost a POS terminal and the Ordyx team sent one to me overnight, configured it on my network the next morning and I was back in business at full strength by the early afternoon. Lisa plata has been by far the key person in that team. She knowledgeable and gets things resolve at the moment. She pleasant to talk to and know her stuff. Lisa is a life saver!!!

I really like using Ordyx in the restaurant. It makes things easier and talking with support is usually a good experience.

Brittany emails me yesterday that she will call me tomorrow at 11am. So I make the effort to clear my schedule. Today 11:05am and no call. She calls at 11:14am and leaves a message. I call her back and told her I waited for her call at 11am. Without even an apology she goes right in with the interview. She asks me to tell her about what I've been up to. I told her I go to school. She asks me what I'm going to school for ? I asked her what does that have to do with the interview ? She wishes me a nice day and hangs up on me. My education is no one's business but mine. This Brittany has no class and doesn't care that she has no manners whatsoever This company most likely is no good if they have this imbecil working there.

Ordyx has been super helpful. Working at a place that uses them, I can say that I really appreciate the 24/7 free customer service. When I used other ones in the past, it was much harder to get someone on the phone.

As a manager of a restaurant for several years, I can say Ordyx is one of the easiest systems to use. It is also priced fairly and they don’t charge for simple necessities like customer service. Great job!

Ordyx POS has a well established software, and a great Cloud system reporting back end. The system does it's job reliably for us year after year. Our investment into Ordyx has paid us back 10 fold in efficiencies in our labor and purchasing costs.

I have been in the hospitality industry for 20+ years now, so I am very familiar with POS systems. Most of them have great sales people and terrible costumer service, and so we all get stuckin the vortex of depending on them, but getting no assistance. With Ordyx I had good sales people and great costumer service! My system went down on a busy Saturday night and they were there for me beginning till all was fixed. I do not need to say anything else - If you had to deal with that nightmare before, you know how terrible that can be. System is user friendly and my staff like the features as well. I definitely recommend and will continue on using it.

Comparing to other POS system this company and it's support from Boca Raton it's a real JOKE !, waste of time, MONEY and buggy software.
Customer service is lousy because they are based out of a foreign country and they outsourced the call center with people that have no idea how the system works. technical support is non-existent and is only operated by one guy whose English cannot be understood and when you try to talk to a manager, the conversation gets lost due to ethnic rudeness of the staff. Their app is so buggy and if you need something you have to always pay.
Sounds like their operation is based on ransomware. I would stay away from this 3rd world javascript software and out of this world company.
