we love Possible pos software for our bar and lounge and we really like their 24- 7 tech support. We called at 3 am in the morning and a live person picked up our call and solved our issue in less than 2 minutes. Excellent excellent excellent – very happy.
I work in tech support and our POS systems have all been transitioned to OVVI POS machines. For a computer running proprietary software that I may not understand fully myself the tech support line is incredibly helpful and always prompt. I've spoken to the same guy twice now and both times he's been extremely helpful and I haven't had a single complaint about his service. Thanks OVVI Support!

I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 30+ years and have worked with many different POS systems and I must say OVVI tech support is one of the best! No runaround. They get right to it when accessing and fixing problems. Real fixes not temporary bandaids on the problem. It’s also great knowing they have a local office.

Very user friendly and easy to use. We were using Aloha for many years and switched to Ovvi last year. Initially we had some hiccups but Ovvi’s team were on top of our issues and resolved them in a timely manner. We are trilled with their 24X7 live support which Aloha missed. Some features are better in Aloha but Ovvi has a tone of features as well..

Worst of the worst. Don't get close to them. Tricky and not honestly. If you lucky you maybe ok. But if you not you end up losing almost $10,000 and a big headache.

Worst company to deal with. OVVi system not working they can't get it to work and still charge you money and also fee for not using it even their tech people can't get it to work. After 4 months of charge with almost $3000, they still can't track where money the customer pay go to. Money not go to our account. They recommend us not to using the machine and will still charge you a penety for not using it. And if you want to cancel they will charge you $5000-$7000. I'm having my lawyer* looking into it because they can't get it to work and still charge. It's like they sending you something that's not work and force you to pay without using it because it's not working. If anyone want to file claims with us, let me know. They sale department is also tricky with wording. Recommend not to use and tell everyone that you know.

We are a coffee shop and really like this POS. it can print labels with customer name and order and also has a very easy to go option or drive thru. Works well with kitchen display monitors.

We were locked out of our system tonight due to non-payment of a license fee. Had to shut our bar down 2 hours early. The best part is we didn’t receive anything in the mail, no email or even a phone call from them to notify us of this fee before just locking out the software.
Then you call support in India or wherever the hell these people work from and all you get is you’ll have to talk to sales in the morning after 9:30. Great customer service there OVVI.
Every month they deduct directly from our bank account monthly support fees as well as our processing fees. But yet lock us out for non-payment of a fee we knew nothing about.
Tonight, this company deserves NO STARS!!!!!

They sold me POS to be suitable for a…
They sold me a POS system so called Ovvi to be suitable for a retail store.
After charging me PST and GST for Ontario Canada sales tax I was asked to pay for custom duty when it was shipped from Texas, US. It is illegal in Canada to pay local taxes and pay custom duty at the same time.They never paid me back for the cost of customs duty.
After a couple of weeks, I realized their software for Canadian use is not practical and many functionalities for retail store are missing for the Canadian Version.
Lastly, I decided to return it back. They kept me waiting for three weeks to issue an RMA. After complaining many times Susan emailed me and told me that I can ship the items to the address of the rep sellers in the Ontario department at my own expense and they will return the cost of shipment when they got the POS in their hand.
When they received it I had another challenge to get my whole money back which is about C$1450.00.
Still, I am waiting to get my money back and still they are trying to buy time by saying forwarded your letter to accounting and blaming Quickbooks has a problem issuing a return.
It is over four months that I am still waiting and waiting to get my money back.
This kind of behaviour from a company so-called OVVI can be a kind of fraud? I have not seen this company be as a member of BBB. I will search and see if it is.

Ovvi truly works on customer service and trys to do everything they can to make everything work correctly. The techs are highly perfessional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend going with Ovvi... If you are looking for Ovvi get a hold Of Adam in sales.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, I sold systems for them. On one of the systems they said it was a house account even though I had a contract for it. And also they did not pay me my residuals on credit card processing. Please stay away from this company and the owner will lie to make the sale. I will keep posting things all over the Internet until this company pays what is due to me!!!!

My restaurant has been with Possible for 3 years and they have taken care of every issue we’ve had. Tech support is able to log on to our computers remotely and walk me through the steps I need to know. The 24/7 tech support is very beneficial for us because we’re in different time zones as their office. I would recommend this point of sale to other restaurants.

I would like to say Possible POS software is the best . I have been working with them for the past 4 years. They have always went above and beyond to help us and our merchants with not only customer service but to make sure everything a merchant needs from there software works and functions correctly . I exclusively offer Possible POS to all of our merchants and now with there new retail software we are able to expand there great quality to all merchant types . We have several merchants already using there retail software and they love it . It is so easy to use which makes merchants more interested on purchasing a POS system for there business .I am excited for the future because I know with Possible POS the sky is the limit .

Overall, I love the software. As compared to other software, this is very intuitive and very easy to use. Our employees also like the software so much that they have got used to the functionality that it provides. The support team has always helped us whenever we are confused and they answer our questions. I think this software has more potential once more features have ben added to suit our needs in the future.

When Brenda and her team started the setup of the system it was planned out professionally and done timely also explained thoroughly. Since then all questions that we have had, and any issues have be attended to very quickly and in just one call. We are back in business. If you need a simple merchant service that your church goers would like to use this is the one for you.
After Mrs Brenda left the company the service went down hill FAST our service went down and it was down for a couple of months because of an update that POS did. After I called weekly then daily they final got it fixed and the owner did not want to give me a refund on the monthly fees that had been changed for service. WOW the difference one person can make at a company.

My company's experience with POSsible has been nothing short of first-class. Their attention to our unique needs for a point-of-sale system has been more than we could ask for and I would recommend POSsible for any quick-service or fast casual restaurant chain looking to upgrade their POS system.
