Was told before signing that it was integrated with the POS system. 2 months later still not integrated. They misrepresent their capablities. Luckily I have the emails documenting their misrepresentation of facts so will be suing them if they do not refund.
Not ready to be a live piece of software. Very clunky, very pricey for an unproven product.

2 year user, was a total waste of time and money. We were never able to fully integrate nor did they deliver on any of the benefits that were promised.

There system does not work with our current POS system and now they will not refund my money even though nothing has been set up. I have gotten nothing from them and they just collected my money and have provided nothing in return. There customer service is awful and unethical. Stay away.

Restaurant 365 is absolutely amazing. The user experience is far superior to any other ERP I've worked with. And it truly is the only fully integrated restaurant management software on the market. Love it!

Restaurant365 has been a fantastic partner and solution for our multi-unit, multi-concept organization.
The platform has enabled us to consolidate SO much of the systems we developed as our 'little company' grew. The ability to consolidate many 'third party' systems and 'old school' spreadsheets into one dedicated space with tiered access for different levels of management and employees.
As we continue to implement features, things get better and better.
After a rough beginning, the Support has been immediate, comprehensive and fantastic. The ability to have a contact that is familiar with our operations has been invaluable.
Aside from the Scheduling bumps, we've been very pleased- especially lately. We look to continue to use existing and new features as we continue to dial-in and find efficiencies.
Great Partner- excited for the future!

If you want to take your restaurant profitability to a new level, take the jump into R365. It's the best way to get rid of all of the spreadsheets and all the separate programs you currently use to run and track your business: from sales to inventory, accounting to scheduling and more. They are a fun company with great people running it, their software is all encompassing and in the cloud, they have great support too. We are 18 months in and seeing the results in a big way! We started working with Restaurant365 in 2015. I don't want to lie, there were some serious issues in the beginning. After over 3 years now, we have seen the company grow with great customer service. Marc Cohen, Jimmy Speyer, and Morgan are all top notch.
This platform has saved us $$ and created more efficiencies around our operations.
Looking forward to the next 3 years with them and beyond.

We switched to Restaurant365 about 2 years ago and couldn't be happier. I love how easy it is to use. All of the sales information comes directly from the Point of Sale every night, and vendor invoices are imported right into AP. No more human error that might naturally occur when entering data from printed reports or handwritten documents. Restaurant365 has also made it easy to handle the tracking and billing of our large number of Customer House Accounts. I highly recommend them for any organization looking to streamline their restaurant business.

If you are building a scalable technology stack for your multi-unit restaurant business, whether it be table service or QSR - R365 should be your cornerstone. The inventory ease of use is nonpareil, and the accounting modules make bank recs and invoice approvals a breeze. We leverage AP automation software with R365, and controlling costs have never been easier. Custom dashboards and the reporting engine could be a little better, but it is not a deal breaker. I also have not seen this level of responsiveness when it comes to support from any vendor ever in my entire career. If you are 1 unit, stick to quickbooks. If you need to manage an enterprise, R365 is your solution.

Small business owners and independent restaurateurs beware!
This company will try to rip you off. After expressing our interest use their service and little price negotiation ........resturant365 sent us a 50% off offer for our 2 restaurant locations ( $150 each per month ). Before our accountant could even review the offer ( less than 5 business days ) they had deleted the offer / document and we could no longer view or sign it as we intended too. When I informed them of this they said that they could longer offer this "promotion" to us even though on the original document stated that this offer was good for 30 days. They said they would be more than happy however to sign us up for the full price of $300 per month per location. When I asked again if we could please just sign the original offer I was told that if I went and got written offers from other competitors for $150 per location that then they could give me that promotion of $150 per location!?
This all came from their national sales manager mind you ! It is clear they will try any tactic to get as much money out of small business owners pockets.

8 months in and still not fully functioning. They triple imported our previous system creating triplicate entries that we are left to clean up. It was definitely a bait n switch. We have not received the product or service we thought we were getting. Their catering module we were sold on but then when we were ready to use it, were told only a handful of people use it out of their 150 customers and the module was not fully built out and there is only a short 5 min video for the scheduling module, no one seems to have any answers. Their mobile app for inventory does not function and when you call with your frustrations because you have a mess, you are told they are busy with paying customers. My $700+ a month must not be enough for them to follow through on what they represented.
