I have restaurant business experience of more than 20 years. I have used several POS system for restaurant. MYR POS system perhaps the worst system i used. Their customer service is very bad. there system is very complecated. After one hour, the order went to cloud, so if there is any mistake done by employees, its not possible to rectify it. Their system is not suitable for table service. Sorry not recommended.

I used MYR for my Coffee shop and they are great, it is a really easy and fast system for myself and my staff. It is all cloud based too so you can program it even if you are not at the store. Glad to be working with MYR.

I have been using Koomi Pos for both of my restaurants Olu Olu Poke for 2 years now. Very satisfied with the quality and the fast and supportive customer service. Special shoutout to Tim Ismali for help over the past 2 years!

We’ve been using Koomi POS for the past 9 months at Old Road BBQ and have nothing but good things to say! The app itself has solid ux and is easy to use — and the customer service has always been fantastic. They’ve helped with setup, maintenance, and have been very responsive any time we’ve run into problems. REALLY appreciate their commitment to customer support. In an industry where so many suppliers just cut & run... these guys are partners in our success.
