We’ve been a customer of IT Retail for nearly 15 years, we love the fact they are a small family owned business and price themselves exceptionally well compared to some of the bigger POS companies. I’ve dealt with Louis, Jesse and Rich for years and gave great respect and appreciation for all 3 of them!!

We have been using IT Retail pos system since 2010. It's one of the best pos softwares out their for supermarkets. Most importantly their support team is what makes them unique. Louis Ramirez is one of the best. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with the software and it's database.

I was looking for a POS system that could keep up with retail, services, clocking in and out and more. Matt Lupella was amazing at keeping me on track with getting approved and set up with Clover. The rates were better than my banking that they sent me a email saying go with Clover lol. I can’t wait to set up my back office!!!

I have been a customer of LPA's for 20 years and their team of IT professionals have kept me going. I just had a problem last week and Dave once again saved the day. My equipment is old and I am a very small business so my expenditures with LPA are not much, but never the less, they respond quickly and professionally every time. With all the worries a small business owner faces daily it is reassuring to know help is a phone call or email away. A big thank you to the whole LPA team.

Great experience with IT Retail & thank you Rick for the exceptional service. After being a customer (prisoner) of Clover/First Data for years I had little hope that there was a solution out there for us that: a. Would fit my unique high volume grocery market. b. Would support the more complex hardware that I was looking for such as Zebra scanner/scales, ingenico lane 7000 etc. c. That I could afford Yes there are always glitches and items that need to be worked thru like any major update to a stores front end but their support staff has been there 100% answering the phone, email text, answering my phone call by name. Their approach at handling questions, updates etc. is very straight forward: 1. You call them, they answer the phone (I just text Rick or call his cell) 2. They sign into the lane remotely and can see everything, they correct the issue or explain your question. 3. If its a hardware issue they ship you a new one or call an HP tech to come out. We had an issue with a screen on a lane, at 4 pm I emailed Paris in their office, FEDEX delivered a new one the next morning at 7:30am. No back and fourth, no bull, no wining. I mean, what is better than that in this day and age? I have owned this concept for 20 years and I can tell you, most companies just want you sign up and then its, "yeah call the 1-800 number, they can help" - good luck with that. No system is perfect, no system will never have a glitch, its all in how the vendor handles it. Thanks again Rick! David White, Owner Union Market Charlotte, NC
