In the time we've worked with Paramount, we've had various issues that had to be solved with our machines and services. Everyone at Paramount has been wonderful to work with and they have worked very hard to solve any issues we've had. They are always pleasant and willing to help. We now have the machines we need and everything is working properly thanks to Lynn and Josh.

I sent them an email in 2015 about utilizing their services, after which i decided not to move forward. Right now in 2018 they are asking if i still want to work with them. I asked to be removed from their list, they replied back telling me to relax. The other review from Jared McDaniel is the person who contacted me so obviously he is rating the company he works for.

This POS company and their point of sale specialists are very professional and knowledgeable about restaurant POS solutions.
