Grant helped me pick the right POS system for our family owned mechanic shop in NYC. We have been using an old POS system and then changed to square. Unfortunately the constant high CC fees were making us lose money. I spoke with multiple people in this industry, and Grant seemed honest and knowledgeable about the product and what he could offer our company. He has helped since day 1 and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend starting your business with Brilliant POS. They help nationwide.

Brilliant Pos is a great company to work with. Especially Grant super knowledgeable and knew everything about the type of business I was starting. Set up was super fast and he got me up and running in just a couple days. What I love about this company is that I can reach Grant directly whenever I need help with something and his response time is super fast. Munchkins Indoor Playground is very satisfied with Brilliant Pos and Grant!!!!

My system went down in the middle of a busy day, and I called in, spoke to a very knowledgeable tech by the name of John. I was having a panic attack and John calmed me down. He directed me and had it up and running in no time. 5 stars for John.

Extremely poor support. They are not available during standard business hours for support of their product because of an "employee appreciation event." Love appreciating your employees, but need you to be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays no matter what.

Brilliant POS has been great to work with! Our consultant has been very helpful. They have great communication. We were able to get a package that's just right for our business. I know it was a good choice to join forces with them.

Update 08/08/2022: Thank you for your kind words NBS, would have been very useful during our time on our last phone call. We never failed you as a customer, but unfortunately we felt failed by NBS. We felt accused when you claimed we didn’t play an AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENT, and we had to look for proof that you had in the first place. Did I forget to mention that the office laughed at me when I asked her a question? Let’s use this as a learning experience. Like you said, “we are just another small business trying to make it”. Called to renew a license/software, NBS claimed we hadn’t paid an AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL in 2 months. Which didn’t make sense so i sent them proof of payments, and was told exactly this, “I found the 2 transactions. You are good. We changed payment companies and you were in the old system, that is why I couldn't find it. I have updated your account.” I don’t understand how this was our fault. But long story short, we ended up removing ourselves as clients because they pretty much called us a liability. Disappointed in their professionalism.

The MOST unethical merchant processing company that exists, hands down!! They will sign you up for multiple year contract and screw you for years to come with their ridiculous high fees. And their support takes hrs to pick up the phone
