Update: They fraudulently charged my credit card almost a month after we had terminated our services with them. Completely unprofessional. This is a warning to business owners to avoid this company at all costs! I recently made a call to the billing department, as our services were abruptly cut off while I was waiting to hear back from my account manager regarding our renewal options, and the rep was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were told that it didn't seem like we were interested in renewing our account since this was the 3rd extension for our account (P.S. we had only called in ONCE prior to extend and like I said earlier, I had not heard back from my account manager regarding my renewal options yet so how was I supposed to renew?). We were initially set on renewing since it would reduce the need for re-training staff and acclimating to a new system but it wouldn't make sense to pay for a service to only be met by unhinged service reps making unprofessional accusations, especially in a climate that is so saturated with POS system providers. Also ironic because I usually receive an email to rate their support following a service call, but for this particular instance, I did not. I have also had problems in the past with NUMEROUS account managers being completely MIA and not responding to a number of inquiries to place orders for new receipt printer paper. It wasn't until I had escalated the issue to a Customer Success Manager that this was resolved and I was asked to delete my review. Not sure what the company culture here promotes but I haven't had enough pleasant experiences to outweigh the negatives. Will be taking my business elsewhere and I advise others to avoid as well.

The team at Gofrugal is so easy to work with. They are very quick to respond to any special requests and fast. Aside from the great customer service, their products are also very easy. Definitely recommend.

I've dealt with this company a total of 3 times in my 10 years in business, and every time Gary (my sales rep) has knocked it out of the park. Recently, I had a customer throw a bottle at my staff. Thankfully he missed, and hit the POS, smashing the screen. I called my POS software company, and they now have a policy prohibiting the sale of hardware or software to a client that isn't using their CC processing service. I called a POS manufacturer to get a quote and they don't do direct sales. I called Nurol, and gary found me an upgraded, affordable replacement immediately. Not only that, but he said he will be able to pre-load the terminal with the same (outdated, lol) version of the software that was on the broken POS, pre-load the drivers for my printers and cash drawer, and have a technician help me with transferring everything over and make the process as painless as possible. I will always recommend Nurol for small business customers

I have been working here for more than 3years and it has been a wonderful experience. The work culture is awesome and time flexibility is good. Very good work life balance. Management cares about the employees. It’s a great place to work.

Brilliant POS is the best. They helped me every step of the way as well as setting up my Clover account. They would respond quickly to my questions in the best way possible. I am very happy with their service and communication skills.

Working with Brilliant POS has been great. My sales rep always gets back to me quickly when I have a question. Brilliant POS sticks to their word and delivers everything they said they would. Very user friendly, and I highly recommend working with them.
