Please stay clear of this company. tech support will never call you back unless you prepay $900 for "service hours". keep in mind after 12 months you lose the "service hours" and must pay another $900. any business owners can attest, troubleshooting doesn't just exist monday-friday 8-5 and that sometimes things may occur after hours or weekends. there are many cheaper and great technical support POS options out there, do your research and stay clear of doing business with these guys. but if you enjoy the stress and the run around, this company may be for you.

STAY AWAY. CROOKS, YOU WILL NEVER GET TO TALK TO A PERSON WHO CAN RESOLVE ANYTHING. THEY MESSED UP MY SALES TAXS, SWITCHED THE SYSTEM TO TAX INCLUDED DURING SOME MAINTANCE WORK. WE NEVER CAUGHT IT FOR 2 MONTHS. THEY OWE US 4700 DOLLARS AND REFUSE TO RESPOND TO OUR COMPLAINT STILL WAITING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER FOR WEEKS NOW. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY,

I have been a merchant with this company for about 7 years now. The processing fee’s are great. But what stands out is the support team when it comes to purchasing hardware. My POS system crashed on me suddenly, I reached out to Jason bell, and he was quick to responding and he set me up with a brand new system right away. The process was quick and smooth and it only tool about 15 to 30 minutes from start to finish. Im super satisfied with the level of customer service he provided me. Thanks Jason!

I try to get pos updated every day this is a fast growing team but we need me in this as well as standing alone in the edi department studying multiple miller Ranges for wifi

We work with this company for 6 years. And last year things take a deep dive. No one returning calls , is being 3 months with new system and we still can’t get gifts cards working. Sad I won’t recommend this company to anyone.

After 3 years of using this service, They managed to charge my personal card ( twice ) and in the last 2 months not be able to credit me ? and rebill the correct card.( this should be 20 minutes of work ) When you call in , You get someone on the other end of the phone who does an amazing job of talking him self in circles while getting nothing done. This was a professional business at one time. Not sure what happened, there's a lot of competition in this market now . I would recommend you look around before making this decision .
