It is a ok dvi system but we switched software company that offers dvi at no additional cost. I called multiple times with no response then finally reached out to my parts vender to get me in contact with someone. Received a call a few days later and the rep that service’s my area said to send her an email requesting immediate cancellation. She responded and said it would be canceled immediately but I’m still getting charged

If you own a dispensary in Oklahoma these are the folks to go to for your POS system. We have previously used 3 other companies and were very disappointed with their service. The folks at Canaveri go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to be successful. They actually have real 24hr service and they do what they say they do. They handle all of the transition from your old system to their system. They enter all of your customers and products in for you.

Awful customer support wait times are well over 30 to 45 minutes just to ask a question. We went live three days ago and literally can’t get a hold of anyone to help us with some of the problems we are having. Do not pay for the customer support add-on not worth it at all. If you have a large part number database fishbowl inventory doesn’t work too laggy. Lots of overpromising and under delivering. Very disappointed will not recommend fishbowl inventory to anyone.
