Technician services were quick to respond and Jesus Fraga made it seem effortless. Not only did the gentleman install the system, but he stayed there as long as I needed to make sure I understood everything it had to offer. I would strongly recommend 1st choice.

I normally don't write reviews but I really want everyone to know about 1st Choice Merchant Solutions. We have already been with them for years but recently, due to Covid-19, we needed to turn our small business into an e-commerce and FAST. 1st Merchant stepped up to the plate super fast and changed out transaction system in no time and at MINIMAL charge for such service. I was so impressed!
The program they recommended and manage for me for my new e-commerce is SUPER easy to use. Very user-friendly and instinctual to operate -- I am actually operating my small business like the big chains out there!
If I have any questions, they respond quickly, efficiently and guide you step by step.
Go with them! Can't go wrong! Plus, they're local -- so even better!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. SCAMS LEFT AND RIGHT.
Had to pay over 1k just to cancel a service.
All they want is to scam you for your money. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. When contacting them they avoid your phone calls for months and will set up an appointment to meet with you but will NEVER show up.

DO NOT USE ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE. They work with First Data Global Leasing, which SCAMS YOU. They have a NON-CANCELABLE CONTRACTS AND NO ONE FROM 1ST CHOICE TELLS YOU THIS. IT IS A 4 YEAR LEASE. WHO WILL SIGN A LEASE FOR 4 YEARS??????? They scam you and they MAKE YOU PAY THE REST OF THE LEASE IF YOU CANCEL EARLY. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!
