The service itself is worth the price of admission - the support has been outstanding despite a fairly cumbersome issue (no fault of theirs). The root cause was quickly determined, a well crafted explanation and plan to address provided promptly - much more responsive than our previous gateway provider.

Will forever use these guys for all point of sales related questions I will ever have. the support team is a team that if they can’t figure it out themselves they bring mike in. If that guy can’t help there’s is no help available. The team these guys have is amazing. If you need a new system this is the last place you need to look.

I never experienced this before and wasn't sure how to handle it. Nikki was very helpful. Not only did she explain what this means, she also helped me navigate a QuickBooks error on those specific invoices where the ACH failed. QuickBooks support tried to help me, made the issue worse, and hung up on me. Nikki went above and beyond with her assistance not only with the ACH issue but was even able to help me solve the QuickBooks mess I was left. Thanks Nikki!

I AM SO HAPPY !!!! I love BNG. The programs/software is easy to navigate, and if I can't figure it out one of the Team members fixes it or
walks me thru it so I understand how to correct a problem myself if it occurs again.

The team at BNG are wonderful. They always resolve my issues in a timely manner. If they don't have the solution, they find another team member that does. They have helped me out in a few emergency situations after hours for them, and it made no difference what time it was. They are there to help. I have 24/7 support.

I have always had a good experience when working with BNG. They are knowledgeable about their systems and help you work through your problem quickly. They also check in after problem is resolved to make sure everything is still working correctly. I've called multiple times after hours and get fast and responsive service. I highly recommended them.

They have been nothing short of a blessing to my restaurant. They have quick response time, friendly, helpful, and considerate of our needs.
During Covid they implemented online ordering and mobile tablet ordering within a week, keeping us serving customers and actually speeding up service-I don’t have enough words to explain my gratitude for BNG and their team.

4 Stars only because of the crazy phone glitch.
All the BNG Staff have been great to work with. Usually they can answer my questions right away. However, every once in awhile I ask a question that stumps them, as only I can do. They always figure it out.
The staff is always helpful with any problem that may arise. Even the operator error ones. And there have been a couple of real doozies.
Here is a copy of my most recent review on BNG, "Other than the phone glitch, everything was handled great. I joked with Mike that he was going to get a frowny face. But no. Smiley all the way. Thanks for all that you guys do!!"

I purchased Marnanteli's Pizza and Grille of Cold Spring back in September of 2020 and the POS that was in place was a Restaurant Manager system. We had countless issues from the start but that had everything to do with the age of the monitors and towers. I would call the BNG hotline at all hours of the night/morning and BNG responded quickly and efficiently so we had no down time.
Recently we decided to have Nikki, Mike and team install a new POS system and we absolutely love it!
Thank you so much BNG for always coming through when we needed you. We look forward to our new on-line ordering system to be up and running February 1st!
