Extremely shady and crooked . Withdrawing money from our bank account arbitrarily. Over the past 8 years very spotty service. Always seems to fail right in the middle of a busy service and no one’s available.

From Red Arrow Drive In, Cle Elum Washington We were long-overdue for a POS upgrade. After considerable research we assembled a list of our needs; interactive kitchen displays, paper-free options, flexible merchant services, remote reporting, robust hardware, online orders, loyalty & promotions, and reliable support. Conner and his team at Evergreen checked off all the boxes. They listened to our needs, learned about our business, prepared a plan, selected hardware, programmed the software, and made a pre-install visit. Of course we waited until the height of the busy season to do the installation, but Evergreen was up for the challenge. The entire process (tear-out, install, train, and debug) took only about four hours! We were up and running and have never looked back. We are three months into using this system and we couldn’t be happier. Everything works better and we’re saving plenty with Heartland Merchant Services. As we learn to take advantage of the system’s capabilities, we regularly rely on Connor to help us through. He is intimately familiar with the software architecture and restaurant processes too. He always responds quickly and with relevant and well-considered answers. We consider Conner and Evergreen POS to be a highly-valuable part of our team!

In the age of having a million options for selecting a POS for your business, Evergreen POS is the only company I have done business with that has given me immediate customer service, local boots on the ground for installing, amazing follow up and a team of customer support reps that respond almost immediately to questions. Simply put I can't recommend them enough. We selected the Heartland Cloud Based POS system and I am very pleased with the functionality of the software and hardware. It has been an easy transition for our staff and it's very intuitive. If you are thinking of making a switch, looking to upgrade your system or just inquiring about new POS systems get a hold of Evergreen and ask for Connor, he will make things easy and clear for you.

Pizzs Casa, an Italian restaurant in Lakewood Wa., recently contracted with Evergreen Point of Sale to install, setup,program and maintain a Hartland P.O.S. System. We have been in business since 1958 at the same location and this is the first pos we have used. Our menu is vast and the customization we allow our customers is daunting to say the least. “Off menu” orders are many and so I thought programing a pos to handle this task would have been impossible. Thanks though to the excellent knowledge, insight and sage guidance of Conner Illian, we were able to accomplish nearly all of the necessary requirements for a first class automated pos operation. Conner is by far the most knowledgeable, capable and dedicated person I have dealt with in my vast search for a new pos. He has and continues to be available to us, both physically and by telephone, for any question we may have and there have many, day and night. Whether at home in the evening playing with his kids, eating dinner or during the day at the office. He is a wonderful asset and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Evergreen Point of Sale to any restaurant looking for a better pos.
