We recently installed a new POS system. Our existing micros pos system was end of life and to get support on this system was a nightmare. The sales staff that came on site to give an overview of the product was great, installation and cutover by the technical group was great. No major issues. Its great to have support that is a phone call a way and is there to help with any issues.

FPOS has been great for us. We have been using for the past 5 years and overall the system does what we need. Reporting could be improved upon but overall we like our system. Their customer service has been EXCELLENT! Patrick Stetz was our installer and he did a great job and we’ve stayed in contact since as he’s a great, high character person. I think overall they have really good people on the other end on the line helping fix issues. Jon, Nate, and CJ have all been very pleasant and helpful during my calls.

We switched to Future POS in March. What a vast improvement from our old system. The transition was seamless and the support was on site until we were comfortable. Software is very user friendly and their is ample support for making changes. Our servers love the system! Just some minor glitches with technology occur sometimes, but you will have that anywhere. They were responsive to fix even if management had to get involved. We would definitely recommend as a very reliable POS choice.

I had a conversation with tech rep (Sandra) tonight at 9:45 PM and she was very patient and helped me out.
She did not give up easily even if she taught she did not have access she tried and found way to clear my issue. Thanks for best tech support much appreciated.

My experience with Future POS has been elevated to another world due to one employee named CJ. She makes even the worst computer issues go away. I have never been disappointed with her resolutions to our problems. She goes out of her way to assist and resolve all our issues at the campus level. Computers failing tend to bring on a bad day where I work, but now, I look forward to issues happening to be able to talk to CJ. Future POS has to know what a "GEM" of an employee they have with her. Thank you CJ, for everything!

Can’t say enough Good things about this Company… especially with a recent nationwide outage we had last Saturday night from another server and the support has been Top Notch! This was something that they had no control of ….but the handling of this situation and support to get our business credit cards and transactions pushed thru has been professional and EXCELLENT! Courtney (CJ) is a Rock Star Tech Guru and can’t thank her enough with all of the tech stuff she does for us! (Ryan and Nic, too)

We have been on future POS for 8 years . The first few years we had no problems at all but the last two or three years we’ve had weekly problems and we were told we needed to upgrade. We upgraded four weeks ago at two different locations and we’ve had multiple issues at both locations. We spent the money for new hardware and new software only to be told that The version we are using at one of the locations is different than the version they installed at the other location and the higher version version six is riddled with bugs that they can’t work out . Supposedly support from future POS is being challenged because of the Covid issue and the processing company we are using (shift 4)is having problems as well all Because we upgraded? our EMV chip reader. I would be very careful before I purchased the future POS system ! we are about ready to return ours and go with another company. Unacceptable!!!
