I tried to drop off my mother's brand new laptop at Best Buy for a password reset (not the first time I have had issues with the Geek Squad!). Nobody was in line and they told me that I could not drop it off without an appointment. I told them I would never step inside a Best Buy again (thank you Amazon). I stopped at INET on the way home. The were friendly, accommodating and immediately helped me and told me my computer would be done in 3-5 days. GREAT SERVICE!
I would highly recommend INET-PC!

Not a great picture but Greg B at iNet made this whole stressful situation I was in so cool calm and collected. Long story short, I’m a freelance videographer and editor. I was working on a piece for a client when my pc crashed. Wouldn’t turn back on. Hyperventilated for a sec and then I had to call a few places to get myself up and running as fast as possible. We all know sometimes we wait a week to two. In 3 days…3 DAYS, they got me up and running. Not only that, in those few days they REBUILT my pc. I have a whole new baby! I hope you can grasp that 3 days is not a lot of time.
Alex and Travis, iNet Techs, are angels and iNet is filled with tremendously passionate and skilled workers of their craft. They built me a monster, that I can edit higher res footage with out the bog session my other pc performed.
I’m back thanks to iNet!

It is 5:41pm on Feb. 19th, 2021. Alex, your tech, just left. He did move everything to the other location and everything is up and running fine. However, he is very messy. Even after I asked him if he was going to clean up his mess he was like what mess, with the I did not make a mess attitude?. Seriously, I was shocked he said that. There were 5 screws on the floor where he was sitting as we talked, insulation pieces from the wall he worked in, shavings from his drilling in the wall, parts and messes in the three areas he worked as well as messes as he dropped insulation where he walked. He picked up three of the screws, said they were not his and no other part of the mess, got an attitude and left. I was not going to write a review until the walk out with the attitude without cleaning up. Besides all of this, he never showed up for his fist appointment and didn't call to let me know he was going to miss it and he did not have a working drill to complete his work. I did not mind he used mine, but with everything I feel it appropriate to mention that also. The mess was more than the two pictures I posted.

Excellent company! Today was another time when iNet was able to help over the phone. This time a Windows 10 Update made an unwanted change. Calling them, R.J. walked me through checking out several things, helped me download a repair tool, & once finished it took only one more tweak & I was back up & working! His knowledge & communication skills were excellent, & he patiently helped me find the resolution! Choose iNet! I'm so glad I have!

I have been an 'as needed' customer of iNET for well over 10 years. Whenever I have had a problem, they have helped me in a quick, courteous and professional manner. Today was no exception. I had an issue with the laptop that I purchased a few years back. Richard (a service tech) helped me to resolve the situation - quickly and with understanding and patience while he walked me through the resolution.

Greatest computer store ever! For around 300 dollars they built the PC for me they installed the drivers and they installed Windows OS. They would email me and give constant updates. They are very nice and great at their jobs I would recommend Jamie and Greg as in my opinion they are the best!!!

I just ordered a PC from them after reviewing many options from several vendors. I like their approach to building custom equipment, and I think we will enjoy a good relationship with iNET after we have the new PC.

I built my own PC for gaming and after about a year started experiencing intermittent crashing and it seemed to give me a different error code each time. Best Buy's Geek squad recommended replacing the motherboard and RAM and neither of those approaches solved the issue.
Brought my PC to iNet next and they figured out it was a bad power supply and a blown core in the CPU! They also replaced the power supply and were able to get me a new CPU from Intel on warranty, saving me over $200. Got the PC back from them and I haven't had a single issue since then!
Special shout-out to Travis, who did better work in two days than Best Buy's Geek Squad could do in two weeks! I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Service was quick and the staff was knowledgeable and communicative at each step of the process. Thank all!

I was in the market for a new desktop and didn't want to deal with ANOTHER problem computer from a big box store so I stopped into iNET. KURT had some good recommendations for me when I decided to have iNET build me a custom desktop tower. Just what I needed, fast, expandable, built to last and they had it up and running faster than I figured. I'm glad I went with a reputable local company, with the great warranty on the custom desktop (3years). I'd trust their techs to quickly repair any "freak" issues that could arise with my unit in the future. The free lifetime tech phone support is also a plus, if ever needed. Highly recommend!

INET created a fantastic logo for our business. They worked with us and did many revisions, providing us with seemingly endless options and altering the designs to our every whim. We are not an easy team to please, but INET managed to hit the nail on the head and gave us EXACTLY what we wanted, in the end. So glad we chose to work with this company.

Such good service! When a computer crashed at my retail business (rendering that register useless and causing a lot of stress) a couple of years ago they were able to attend to everything quickly and professionally. I've used them ever since; just had another issue today with a different computer and they were right on it. Highly recommended.

Recent convert to Inet PC. having been out of the IT business for more than a decade i had zero desire to ever fight through building a new PC . when it came time to upgrade my old one i decided to buy a new one at best buy. after doing some simple research on the best buy brands from dell and alienware i quickly deciphered they were hocking off utter junk systems with inferior parts for the prices being charged. i then remembered hearing Inet commercials on the radio and thought why not just have a top of the line system built exactly how i wanted...
the Inet folks were incredibly awesome and quickly had a quote for a top end gaming system i asked for. it came in at the same price i would have paid for a far inferior system from best buy. when i got it home it was the very first time i had not uttered a single swear or thrown anything across the room in frustration. everything was configured exactly how i wanted it all i had to do was plug in the keyboard mouse headset from my old computer. no driver hunting no websurfing trying to trouble shoot just a pleasent experience for the first tim in forever getting a new computer to go. Inet techs even installed the needed drivers for my new printer!!
i CANNOT be more happy than i am with the quality work Inet did for me. thank you to everyone at Inet have a Merry Christmas!! i know i will now!!!
