At no point should a store be so thouroughly ignored. We ran in redundancy for weeks, and still have a terminal down and no cc processing. At no point should the customer feel like they know more than the tech support. I constancy find misconfigured settings. Including DHCP and admin rights, both things that can totally stall a store. They have not called back for days now.

Great guys that know all things point of sale and Aloha! Known them for years and are very reliable with service and support.

I’ve worked with these guys over 10 years! They do a good job But no one is perfect so over 10 years maybe they’ve made a mistake or two.
