Thorough professionals. They understand the client requiremnets first. And then only suggest solutions. Normally the IT developers will start working on your project with low quotes and then go on adding tons of money in the name of every additional feature. But SAm IT Solutions are different. There solutions are great.

Very responsive to all questions, queries and prompt resolution which is critical in the clinical lab. The whole team is very helpful and friendly. When they need our hands on to solve the issues, walk through every single step kindly and patiently with us. I haven't felt I am an IT dummy while working with them, which I am.. Highly recommended!

SAM IT Solutions: Responded within hours to an unexpected problem that arose during pandemic. They worked diligently and were able to complete site visit and completely migrate our entire office in less than 24 hours later. Staff were professional and put our office at ease.

The team at SAM IT Solutions are rock stars. I've worked with a few different dev teams now, and SAM IT is hands down the best. Recently, we pushed out our beta app and ended up getting a ton of feedback. It was basically a meat grinder for a couple weeks with constant changes that we could not have foreseen in the initial development. Without their team, it would not have worked. They were literally up at all hours, day and night, making changes as they occurred in order to keep us on track and make sure we hit our deadline. They have been instrumental in helping our brand and product come to fruition. At a third of the price of most dev shops, Samudra has an awesome system in place and doesn't sacrifice quality to achieve that. There's a reason this company has so many 5 star reviews I'm discovering- they've earned them.

Worked with The SamIT team to automate a business process using Sharepoint for a 60 person site. The project freed up what amounted to one FTE worth of resources and ensured the success of several of our other projects by giving us a way to track work and logistics. Fantastic job!
