Thorough professionals. They understand the client requiremnets first. And then only suggest solutions. Normally the IT developers will start working on your project with low quotes and then go on adding tons of money in the name of every additional feature. But SAm IT Solutions are different. There solutions are great.

Very responsive to all questions, queries and prompt resolution which is critical in the clinical lab. The whole team is very helpful and friendly. When they need our hands on to solve the issues, walk through every single step kindly and patiently with us. I haven't felt I am an IT dummy while working with them, which I am.. Highly recommended!

SAM IT Solutions: Responded within hours to an unexpected problem that arose during pandemic. They worked diligently and were able to complete site visit and completely migrate our entire office in less than 24 hours later. Staff were professional and put our office at ease.

The team at SAM IT Solutions are rock stars. I've worked with a few different dev teams now, and SAM IT is hands down the best.
Recently, we pushed out our beta app and ended up getting a ton of feedback. It was basically a meat grinder for a couple weeks with constant changes that we could not have foreseen in the initial development. Without their team, it would not have worked. They were literally up at all hours, day and night, making changes as they occurred in order to keep us on track and make sure we hit our deadline. They have been instrumental in helping our brand and product come to fruition.
At a third of the price of most dev shops, Samudra has an awesome system in place and doesn't sacrifice quality to achieve that.
There's a reason this company has so many 5 star reviews I'm discovering- they've earned them.

Worked with The SamIT team to automate a business process using Sharepoint for a 60 person site. The project freed up what amounted to one FTE worth of resources and ensured the success of several of our other projects by giving us a way to track work and logistics. Fantastic job!

The difference between Sam IT and every other cloud infrastructure company is just how personalized the service is. Calling them for support is like calling a family or a close friend. Low Total Cost of Ownership, great service and support, great flexibility, and I never have to worry about basic security issues for our online applications... I'm eager to watch them grow and thrive.

We have worked with Sam and his team for a while now and very much value our relationship, as they have become our company's IT team.
Sam is quickly responsive to changes and requests no matter how many we throw at him (there are many), and is able to accommodate our company's ever-changing needs.
We have been able to build our website design and functionality from the ground up within a moderate budget and impressive time frame.
We had grown frustrated with an inability fo find what we were looking for in a web development team, but have found it with Sam's group.
I very much appreciate their knowledge and straightforward approach to business; no up-selling or senselessness.

SamIT is always there for our Firm! There is never a project too small or too big for them. Their techs are knowledgeable and friendly to work with on any issue we have. I know they have many, many other clients they service; but, they always make me feel that we are super important and at the top of their list! Also, they are not looking to "up-sell" and "up-service". When asked, they give me advice and I never feel pressured to take on more IT work than is necessary for us. I fully trust them with our computer and IT needs!

SamIT provides us with application hosting at their data center. Their support includes network admin, database admin, and implementation support. Their backup and recovery systems are effective, and they are especially responsive in problem solving on short notice. As a service - oriented business ourselves, we appreciate the service we get from SamIT.

Sam, Jamie & the team at SAM IT Solutions have been an invaluable asset to our company. We have been partners with SAM IT for well over a year & I cannot even begin to articulate how happy we have been with the the top notch services we have received to date. Every single time we have reached out for help Sam & his team have jumped in immediately & provided above & beyond what was asked. It honestly feels as though SAM IT is an extension of our company. I often feel as though we are the only customer that Sam is working with. It doesn't matter how technical the request may be or what time of the day or day of the week. We use SAM IT for our business and have found the relationship to be incredibly beneficial; we are not technically minded, by any reckoning, so rely on SAM IT and their staff to be our IT team. They have shown great patience and are able to bring a discussion about an issue down to our level so we may better understand it, together with any solution they propose. We've found all of those we've had contact with to be very personable, professional, responsive and, of course, capable.
