I worked with Cliff the installer the whole time during set up and even after set up. He did such an awesome job! 17 years in the business I never had a live person come to my location to help with training and modifications. The Live support from Servingintel and cliff is just great for new places!
BB Jack’s Antigo - Kirk and Clif are great to work with! Pos Partners is quick to respond with any questions and concerns. Future is easy to work with- very user friendly. Makes my paperwork process fast and easy.

System is 4 weeks old constantly crashing and having to be restarted mostly does not work when we are busy........ so disappointed that for my first really busy weekend of the season and I am down one terminal and have been on phone support most of the rest of the weekend. :( update as of Nov. Still struggling. Now they lost a tablet we sent in for service ........ So horrible. And be cautious of these reviews they pressure all new customers into giving a good review on the day if instalation. Update Jan 10 2018, still horrible, still calling 4 or more times a week with issues, Kirk still has not found our tablet we sent in and is pretty much unresponsive in clearing up any of our issues. Currently searching for the next pos this company is a joke. Don't trust the reviews they pressure and coach all customers to put a review on before install is even done! Best way to waste 25000.00. Here it is!

As a server this POS system makes my job harder than if I just took all my orders the old fashion way. The system is only 6 months old and constantly crashes, making it impossible for us to serve our customers efficiently and in a timely manner. Serious improvements need to be made !

This POS system is very unreliable. I am a server and there is nothing more frustrating than being in the middle of an order and completely losing connection with my POS handheld. It's also very frustrating when I have to ring through a credit card and it takes 5 minutes for the transaction to process! The POS system is supposed to make the life of a server easier so they can provide better service to their customers, this is definitely not the case with this POS.

We use this company at my work and we would be better off using stone tablet and chisel. It's slow, crashes all the time and is unreliable. It makes my job 10 times harder and 100 times more frustrating. Our system is only 6 months old and just doesn't work. Don't use them if you can avoid it.

POS Partners have been really easy to work with in setting up my pos system. They have answered all of my questions promptly and when needed they provide on site service. Kirk knows that I am technically challenged and is very patient with all the questions.

We recently put in the POS system. We are happy with the installation. We switched from Maitre'd to Future POS for the features in offered. Kirk the installer did an awesome job. To bad I can't say the same for the salesman. Overall I am happy with the system.

I'm writing to express my satisfaction with the FuturePOS system. We've been using the system almost 2 years and we are currently expanding our operations. The training today for the new store was very good. POS Partners provide an expert trainer who throughly explained and answered all our question. Kirk simplified the ordering process and made it easier than our first FuturePOS system. He programmed the system so that there are less steps, which makes it way easier to train our staff and operate the till. We fired the other FuturePOS dealer because they failed to meet our expectations. POS Partners has 100% better service.

Wow! What a difference from our old POS company to POS Partners! We initially hired a different Future POS company about a year and a half ago for pos systems for our existing and second locations. After many false promises, and never getting what we were promised, we finally decided to leave the old company and switch to POS partners. The way that the previous company programmed our menu made no sense at all. The system was set up in a way that was not user friendly at all, everything that should take 2 steps took 15 with the way it was programmed. It's especially frustrating to find out that the system IS capable of doing everything we want, but it was just not programmed properly. Thankfully, Kirk has been a huge help and taken the time to go through everything we disliked and turn it into an efficient and user friendly program. I highly recommend POS Partners and make sure you get Kirk cause he's excellent!

First day Kirk is here to install the new POS system at our 3rd location. All I can say is wow this company is great. The installation is professionally done. Kirk made sure everything was done with precison. We had lots of questions and Kirk answered them all. The wires look great, terminals are shiny and new, new chip readers, new printers, and a professional company to handle the needs of our large operation.

I am the Chef Pizzaiolo from Carini's in Milwaukee. We recently updated from a P.O.S. POS to a Future POS from POS Partners. The process has been long, but Kirk has been patient with us and knew what we wanted to get out of the system. The POS itself is user friendly and has lots of extras to add to the experience of using this system. Others didnt have what POS Partners offered and the price was acceptable. The suppport is knowledgable and quick. So far, we haven't had problems and training on it has been easy. Our favorite is that it can be accessed from any computer anywhere and be chamged at a moments notice for any reason.

Hello my name is Tori I am a dining manager with Morrison group. We are in charge of dining services for The Waters Senior Living. My name is Joe Quaerna. I am a manager at O’riley and Conway’s Irish Pub here in Janesville, WI. We switched the system from ValuePOS to FuturePOS. We were really impressed with the features that were shown to us in the FuturePOS system. The best feature is the smart tax this should add north of 15 thousand a year to our bottom line. We also are very interested in the point to point encryption. We are just getting to know the system but are very satisfied with what we have seen so far. The installation went very smooth the company was here to take the system live and provide training on use of the software. I would highly recommend POS Partners and FuturePOS if you are considering upgrading your business POS system.

Hi my name is Jay I'm the manager at Sneakers in Janesville. We recently upgraded the system to add table side ordering and an additional terminal. The FuturePOS system has been a great upgrade for the business. We are very impressive with the ease of use of the front end and the flexibility of the FuturePOS back office. With one simple report I can easily see which items are selling and which items are not. The support team is really awesome you call them and your issue is resolved immediately. I am writing this review to tell you how pleased I am with the POS system installed at my bar. I currently own Thumpers Nightclub in Sparta, WI. We reached out to POS Partners after purchasing the bar from the previous owner who had the system for several years. We had a tight deadline to open and the project was kept on track. POS Partners put the system back in a functional state in under a week. I am extremely satisfied with the service desk and how easy it is to get ahold of them when a change needs to be made. I have worked at other bars and restaurants using other systems and FuturePOS is the easiest and most advanced POS system I have ever used.

From a server perspective the system is very aesthetic, easy to use, and very fast. From an owners perspective the system is easy to manage.
