My system went down in the middle of a busy day, and I called in, spoke to a very knowledgeable tech by the name of John. I was having a panic attack and John calmed me down. He directed me and had it up and running in no time. 5 stars for John.

Spent the last 7 years using Turnkey for my small business. We are in the process of opening another location and John with Turnkey helped us troubleshoot with Clover on inventory multi-store applications. The very next day John help us again with the pos screen shut off. He gave us backup options to the pos with the virtual option and overnighted the cord. He also placed an order for the new mini within an hour. I feel like we are best friends at this point. Very happy with the customer service with turnkey especially John.

This company is really great, I've never hooked up a terminal with such ease in my life. The terminal came in the mail 3 days earlier than expected, all I did was plug it in and it just worked! The next day I got a call from a representative asking if everything went okay and told me if I had any questions I could call him directly - Thanks John, it's so refreshing to work with a processing company who truly cares!

I have used Turnkey for multiple businesses in the past 6 years and they are the best for any debit processing services. I have never had any issues with our services and the customer service is by far top notch. They are extremely professional and have always been prompt in every one of my company's requests. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Best by far!
