Purchased full software license and computer 10 years ago. Then starting last year they want to charge a new annual maintenance fee that doesn't include any software updates or support. They locked me out of the system with their own password. Tried to contact the owner many times about this unethical change in policy. He refuses to take my call.

In all the years we have used the dry-cleaning software, Adam is the first representative to express genuine care for customers, and shows utmost respect. I have been using Arbelsoft ShoeMax for almost 7 years now. They are great to work with. They are patient with someone like me who is a tech illiterate. I tried another company and it was a complete fail. I strongly recommend ShoeMax for shoe repair shops.

This company I have been using for over 7 years now. There are an excellent company for all your laundry dry cleaning shoe and retail services for your business. They have an excellent customer service and IT department that truley care about your business. I highly recommend this company. Adam is a very valuable employee along with everyone there at this company. It's a pleasure to deal with everyone there.
