Purchased full software license and computer 10 years ago. Then starting last year they want to charge a new annual maintenance fee that doesn't include any software updates or support. They locked me out of the system with their own password. Tried to contact the owner many times about this unethical change in policy. He refuses to take my call.

I would like to commend Adam, and give thanks to him for being thoughtful, kind, and going the extra mile to help with Cleanmax issues. In all the years we have used the dry-cleaning software, Adam is the first representative to express genuine care for customers, and shows utmost respect. He even follows up to make sure any issue is resolved. Thanks Adam, for making our jobs easier!

I have been using Arbelsoft ShoeMax for almost 7 years now. They are great to work with. They are patient with someone like me who is a tech illiterate. I tried another company and it was a complete fail. I strongly recommend ShoeMax for shoe repair shops.

Doing business with Arblesoft was one of my best business decisions. Their POS and software program has truly made it easier to run and track my businesses. I use them for my laundromat and dry cleaners. Their system is very user friendly and the staff is top notch.

This company I have been using for over 7 years now. There are an excellent company for all your laundry dry cleaning shoe and retail services for your business. They have an excellent customer service and IT department that truley care about your business. I highly recommend this company. Adam is a very valuable employee along with everyone there at this company. It's a pleasure to deal with everyone there.

We've been using Arbelsoft Laundromax for over 10 years where they backup our data and settings regularly, handle our credit card POS business, wash n fold and retail sales. Very user friendly with touch screen interface, fingerprint log in, time card management...it's all there.

We have been using Laundromax for over two years now, and there Customer Service Department is friendly, always helpful, and resolves issues right away. Laundromax is a very good system and keeps us organized.

I've been using the Arbelsoft system for approximately 6 years for our laundromat. Very good system and handles our delivery as well. The company can be a bit tough on getting to answer the phone but they really know their stuff to solve a problem. Adam has been the most helpful technician. He quickly understood the issue we had (and very few issues in our years of use) and resolved it immediately. Great job Arbelsoft and thank you Adam.

Adam has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I purchased my equipment 6 years ago and had minor issues with service through the service plan. Adam from Arbelsoft contacted me and has worked hard to make it right. The equipment has been a great purchase for our laundromat. Looking forward to an updated version in which I can customize and send texts directly from the system. (hint, hint Arbelsoft)

The company is so poorly managed that it is impossible to work this company. If you need any customer service, you are in real trouble because the customer service is nonexistent. Expect a lot of calls going to voicemail and unanswered emails. The owner is condescending and rude. The program and software are completely outdated - they are not in the cloud. The functionality is decent but the software is severely limited due to its outdated infrastructure.

Thank you arblesoft for creating a great computer/program/system to help me run my shop better. I can e-mail and text my customers when their job is ready, check and see what jobs are not finished for the day, track retail items and compare how my shop is doing compared to yesterday, last year and even last year. Your staff is a pleasure to work with, always helpful!! Thank you so much.

The software is superb and user friendly. I can fully count on their friendly tech support whenever I have any questions or concerns. I look forward in continuing to use Arbelsoft now and in the future.

Not Recommended.
Purchased a system from Arbel soft:
1) they shipped it to the wrong address, had to go pick it up my self.
2) Showed up with damaged components, had to fix myself.
3) after months of working w/ tech support, they couldn't resolve issues to make the system work as advertised.
4) Scale stopped working completely, wouldn't do anything but refer us to manufacturer, even though they sold it.
5) eventually replaced with a POS from another company, and tried to cancel the Merchant account. 3 months into it, still fighting to get the account cancelled.
To summarize, Tech support folks are very friendly, but often promise to call back with an answer but fail to do so. It took a year of trying to get the reports function to work, and it never did, so finally scrapped the system.
