After speaking with so many agents that were unhelpful I ended up speaking with Micheal saint Remy. Very helpful agent. Good listener. He tried resolving all of my issues and escalated cases to his managers that were open but not followed up.
He didn't hang up the phone. Thanks Micheal I wish Epos can hire more people like you. Perhaps makes you supervisor or quality assurance manager to trained people give similar level of service.

The worst service ever, and they refuse to take their equipment back after 15 days of waiting for them to provide service on how to set it up my greatest mistake was buying the product outright.
This was a total waste of time and money and the horrible customer service and relentless don't care for small business was just horrible.
Imagine they told me THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Right now, I am VERY impressed with the level of service and caring attitude that I have gotten from ePOS! The last P.O.S. system I had was horrible with fees upon fees upon fees and the customer support was pathetic .. ePOS has been such a HUGE breath of fresh air and the support team has been wonderful at getting me started. I am excited about the new system! Thank You!

I was getting pretty frustrated because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I was on hold and the system hung up on me, not only once but 3 times. But I dialed in again and Marelyn B. answered my call. She was wonderful!!! She was able to get everything I needed done. The 5 stars are for Marelyn. The Epos answering system would not have 5 stars. Kudos to Marelyn!!!

Had a long call with Customer Service Consultant Omarius Credle who provided five star support for a time sensitive installation and configuration. Very impressive software that can be tailored to your business needs.

Beware. Their customer service is very poor and they do not communicate well with each other. They were very attentive and followed up when their sales team was signing us up, but it was all downhill from there. They promised to put our account on hold for 3 -4months as we were not ready to reopen due to COVID but stated we could buy the Point of Sales system early at the time. This was a mistake as they never put our account on hold and charged us every month plus added fees for not integrating all the systems in time. Every month I would call and email several times and be on hold sometimes for 2 hours or more and have to re-explain the story every time. Their supervisors and staff do not email you back. So I have to pick days off and spend several hours on a monthly basis trying to fix our account. I have been hung up on after waiting on hold for hours. Their point of sales system is fairly easy to use, but in the long run their poor customer service and going back on their word and promises is not worth it. If you end up using them, get everything in writing and keep a strong paper trail, your going to need it.

I was privilege to speak with Ashley DeShields today in regards to the many questions I had about the Credit Card services that EposNow offer as well as my concerns about the many delivery services such as Gruhub, Doordash etc. She answered all of my questions. She did an excellent job she should be given a increase in pay for her excellent service in representing EPOSNOW. Great to have customer service representative like Ashley.

I just got all my Epos Now equipment and software 3 days ago, I need to try it longer, but for today I giving 5 stars to the customer services in Spanish, specifically Amanda Ceballos, she was awesome! Excellent service and knowledge helping me with all my doubt and gave me a lot of information that I was needing extra information that I didn't know that I really needed to know (I confess, I thought to return all the equipment because I felt frustrated). But thanks to the customer service of Amanda I'm still here and representatives like Amanda are what makes a company Excellent! and keeps happy customers.

This process of updating my credit card terminal was tedious, Epos is very hard to get in touch with. But then I was answered by Michael he actually gave me his email and called me back! He stayed on the phone with me and we conferenced in EVO. They both worked so hard and were so patient with me. I was so upset at the beginning, I was actually considering buying a new POS system. Michael changed my mind.

Dealing with Customer Service in the beginning has definitely been a nightmare. Unless you’ve used a cloud based POS before, it’s definitely overwhelming to do it alone. However I don’t blame them. Watch the videos, get a general idea of how to setup yout system before calling with questions. But after speaking to two wonderful CSR’s I’m feeling great that I made the right choice in a POS.

I was able to cancel my account. I was given ZERO refunds on the un-used hardware or my first and only statement.
Reason for canceling is poor customer service. I had a great sales person sell me on this product. The idea was I would have something that would last me. The software was glitchy here and there, which I could work with if I had customer support. I sent in multiple tickets asking questions, emailed the support staff asking questions, and tried to contact via Whatsapp. I have issues calling as their time zone does not seem to line up with mine. Time zones usually are not an issue in the age of email and instant messaging. However that only works when I get responses. None of my messages or support tickets were answered.
I was also promised within my contract 3 months free with bigcommerce website. This was appealing to me to have a website integrate into the POS software with the app on their back system. I went to go install the app into my back system and it disappeared. It seemed that they no longer supported bigcommerce. I tried to ask questions about it, but again my message and support ticket were ignored. I tried to call their customer service number, at this point I was really annoyed, and the agent hung up on me mid sentence. At this point I was just done. I hadn't even fully finished setting everything up and the customer service I was receiving was TERRIBLE. I do not want to work with a company that has such bad customer service. So I canceled my contract, and lost hundreds of dollars as a lesson learned I suppose. Do not sign up for this company. It was a big mistake.

Ordered our product earlier this month. Process was fast and with friendly Reps. Follow up is excellent. The time they take to explain the system is outstanding. The system is user friendly and with so many features. Looking forward to using the system. To increase sales, market to current customer base and much more. The merchants that they connect you to have more reasonable pricing, the best I have seen. If your place is using a old register its time to upgrade and you will be thankful that you did. Lastly, want to thank Mac. This guy is so good at what he does. Two big thumbs up. Thank you EPOS

We have had an excellent experience working with Epos so far. Besides the very reasonable prices, we have also had great service.
Our sales agent, Fauzan, was knowledgeable and patient in explaining what equipment and systems we might need.
And our support agent, Raquel, was patient, pleasant, knowledgeable and clear in her explanations. She walked us through the system, pointed out areas where people typically stumble in their system set-up, and helped to address our questions.
We highly recommend Epos.

I've had Epos Now in my store for the last 4 months and have found the system extremely intuitive and simple to use. The system is highly customizable to your needs and the mobile access has given me more freedom to work remotely so I don't have to be pinned to the store all the time. Some advice, I would definitely sign up for the on site training if you are a new customer. Edgar did our training and he was very detail oriented along with being very patient for a group of new users. We were a bit timid when we first set it up but he quelled all those fears. I would also sign up for the 24 hour support. I've had the pleasure of working with both Wilson and Josh and they don't get off the phone until they are sure all your questions are answered. Both extremely helpful and showing a vested interest in your business. If you are starting off with a lot off inventory, say 4,000 square feet of inventory, use the bulk import app for a small additional monthly fee. It can be a bit intimidating at first but just follow the steps and it's easy to use, and will save you a bunch of time. Finally, for the credit card processing that integrates with their system, I would make sure you vet everyone they work with. Not all of them are created equal. Bottom line, I would highly recommend EPOS Now.

Our recent experience with the customer support representative Joshua Vazquez was absolutely superb!!! He was friendly, informative, helpful and, in my opinion, went further out of his way to assist than any other previous person we had worked for. I hope to be able to work with Josh again. Your company would be well advised to hire more individuals like him.
