We signed up to try Mitchell 1 when we hired a new service manager and dropped Identifix. We ended up not liking the service and went back to Identifix, Mitchell 1 will not drop the contract and I am now paying for two services and am very disappointed with customer service. They are charging me around $240/month for 5 years. This is a bad business stay with Identifix. It's easier to use, cheaper and a better all around product. We have had an independent dealership and service shop for 30 years. I am upset with myself that I trusted them.

Awful company and a complete fraud please do yourself a favor and avoid them. They have no idea what they are doing and scare you in to staying with contracts. There social crm.is beyond a joke and doesn't work with their service system and then they have texting which again is a joke. Horrible horrible company to do business with in all and every way....wish we had never ever used them.

Don't do it - don't sign up for anything! Terrible company - We started a SCRM program with them under a two months free, 90 day cancellation, then 14 month contract. I called my rep and cancelled within my 90 days. She no longer works there and amazingly - even though I have been repeatedly told they record ALL their phone calls - they have no record of my call. They won't give me any transcripts of those calls because they are "proprietary". They never did get my website up - they offered me a credit for the months there was no website and still refuse to cancel my contract. That I had already cancelled within my 90 days. So I am supposed to accept their apology for "the miscommunication regarding the website" but no consideration for my word that I cancelled. So $380 a month for a service that is not delivering on their promises, they refuse to cancel. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I notice that most of the positive reviews on Google are from employees, not customers. My situation has been sent to a "contract committee", that took 3 weeks to get an answer from (though even to get that, I had to call my new rep), then it was sent to "management", today I finally get a call from what I believe was "resolution dept" they all basically told me tough luck. We have Mitchell ProDemand and Mitchell SE also for our business - we will NOT be renewing those services because of the poor treatment we have experienced. I hope this review saves someone from the headache and financial strain we have gone through. I would say I hope it helps Mitchell serve their customers better, but it just seems these big companies don't care these days.

I will never use mitchell1 ever again, somehow they never told me if I didn't cancel in 30 days I would be locked in a one-year contract No Way Out!! I haven't used their program in months and now they send debt collectors after me!! Identifix is cheaper and no contract needed, Mitchell 1 is a big rip-off

Terrible customer care. Companies that still use contracts use contracts for a reason. We used Mitchell SE for 25+ Years and are moving to new software. We have 10 months left on our contract and they do not offer any early buy outs. Companies that don't give you month to month options are the reasons new innovative companies win business. They offer superior products and know that there product will justify not having to force customers into contracts.

This building is not open to the public. Mitchell1 is a good company to work for. Worked for better companies and worked for worse companies for sure. They treat you fair and let you be if you simply do your job.

TOTAL SCAM....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY WONT LET YOU OUT OF THE CONTRACT EVEN THOUGH YOU DONT USE IT.THEY WOULD NOT TALK TO ME OR TRY TO NEGOTIATE.SENDING THEIR ATTORNEYS AFTER LITTLE OLE ME......BE WARNED.....

The salesman came to my business I was dealing with Identifix Direct Hit no problem cheaper and better more options they end up selling me mitchell1 for $197 a month then they called us for something called CRM advertisement and management and all other things that we don't need we said we don't want it they told us is 3 months 90 days free tryout you don't keep it no commitment next thing we know they're super wiser charge us $379 with our authorization for no reason we called back the insist they have contract when they did not have any contract now they're playing around with our original sign in with mitchell1 and they're shutting down the repairs today we decide to stop dealing with this company and take them to court be very careful they will walk in with smile don't trust that face stay with your All Data or Identifix you'll be glad you don't need to deal with cheaters Liars game players
