Worst customer service. Couldn't get worse, honestly. Renewing contracts without notice. No one who you speak to knows anything. Stay far away from this company.

Had a phone meeting, we asked them a simple question and they had problems answering that question. They where not prepared and called at the wrong time. On the wrong business site. Very unprofessional

Motionsoft is a great company. The club management software is regularly updated with features that allow a smooth sail for all of your business needs. The customer service representatives are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are honest about their work, and if they don't know or understand a particular issue, they reach out to the developers to provide better service to their customers. I will continue to use Motionsoft as my provider for my business solutions, as they provide the best solutions for all club management services.

I am the owner of 5 health clubs in central and north Alabama. After several years of using Motionsoft at the suggestion of our former Operations Manager, due to many service/non-service issues we decided to move in another direction. Motionsoft has been very difficult to work with throughout this transition. They held over $24,000 from our draft to cover "potential" chargebacks. The agreement we signed stated that they would hold a "reasonable" amount of funds for a 90 day period to cover these potential chargebacks when cancelling their service. Our 90 day average for chargebacks has averaged a little over $4700 for a 90 day period. It would be "reasonable" for them to add 25-50% to this figure. In stead, they are holding over $24,000 to strong-arm my business. STAY AWAY from this company!! Bad business and vindictive attitude towards their customers who cancel due to poor service.

Find another vendor. We’ve had the most horrid experience with Motionsoft. In our honest opinion, their gym management software is dated and reporting is lousy. We were also using their Full-Service BOSS and discovered that, for several months, live calls were not being made to our members. Always being reassured by them that call lists were going out to the team – did not happen. Make sure you get proof via dated, recorded calls on a regular basis.
They missed sending out our draft on more than one occasion – which left balances on our member accounts. Members were not able to gain access to the club, being a 24-hour facility, due to balances showing on their accounts. This month, they messed up our draft again by billing hundreds of members in advance. We had several cancellations because of this.
Emails to the company frequently go unanswered.
Needless to say, we are in process of moving to another vendor. Little tip, make sure you get them to define, in the termination portion of your agreement, what they consider to be a “reasonable reserve” to hold for 90-days. Get this, our 90-day history of charge-backs/returns was multiplied by 5 to get to what they deem to be a reasonable reserve. They even included instant returns such as “account closed” and “insufficient funds” when determining the figure. That is not an industry standard and most would agree that taking a 90-day average and adding in an extra 25%-50% cushion would be reasonable.
I could go on and on.
