I love N.R.S. . I would absolutely recommend then to any Business Owner that is looking to simplify all their Business and P.O.S. needs even Petroleum products. Seamless transition. Great Tech. Support. Timely responses. Business loan options. Advertising. Manage your Business right from your phone if not on-site and tons of Software updates and Improvements on a regular basis for free and much more. 10/10 would recommend.

Let me just say, they have a ton of people working in the sales area trying to push this system out into stores. And probably 1 tech support person. I scheduled a demo appointment before the system even shipped out to me. I had all my team come in before the store opened so we can all watch the demo, then I get a call from NRS saying they’re OVERBOOKED and have to reschedule the appointment, so all my staff came in early for nothing! I didn’t even use the system yet and I’m having these issues!

To everyone who’s looking for new POS system, Do NOT get this product. We have few locations across two states, it took us over 6 months to put all our inventory in this system when we first got it. Only to find out latter that this system has way to many problems, the biggest one is that these registers get missed up every time they update them, sometimes these registers refund money back to customers without us knowing. Then when you call customer service they keep switching u from one person to another, and you end up not getting help due to lake of knowledge in their employees. We find the problem for them after hours of work and then we try to explain it to them for another hour, and they won’t even fix it for few weeks or months and sometimes they don’t. Honestly, I am very disappointed and I am looking for another option before it’s too late.

This has been a horrible experience with NRS. The process of charging me is so quick. But have to wait 2 weeks to get a credit card machine. And now that I have it I been on the phone for over 1 hour 1/2 to get to the nrs pay department to set up my credit card machine. I’ve lost so much business not having a credit card machine. From my past experiences setting up POS systems for retail stores this has to been the most difficult to get done. I recommend to look somewhere else.

They most have many Christina's to take care so many complaints. POS since 2017. I regret every minute. Do your research before getting into their fangs.

DO NOT USE! Not only did they lie to me about what services were available (like keeping track of taxes...which is an upcharge), they just charged me for canceled service. Horrible company. I own a small retail store and we can't afford to put out that kind of wasted money. Called MULTIPUL times trying to return the system, and was constantly ignored. Being told they would call back and never did. Then sent me an email saying my return period had expired. On top of that, After canceling our service, I was just charged for another year!

I have three pos from this company. Today is December 3rd it’s been a week over a month and we still haven’t got our money from our credit and debit card sales. They owe me 20k on the phone ever day over an hour very poor customer service none of them can speak proper English. Over 70 emails they can’t explain where my money is they keep saying they’ve escalated the issue that’s the only thing they’re able to tell me. Literally the worst company there ever is.

Hi Do not buy this POS system . They are the worst customer service I experienced . They never listen to you once they setup and even the representative not answer the call after that. I have NRS pay their credit card so PCI compliance fee is included in it as they said when they sign me but when I saw statement they charge me $74.99 every time and when I called it for that they just tell me someone call you back for that but no one call me back. So my suggestion is that do not buy their system or credit card they are fraud. Don’t waste time and money…
