Let me just say, they have a ton of people working in the sales area trying to push this system out into stores. And probably 1 tech support person. I scheduled a demo appointment before the system even shipped out to me. I had all my team come in before the store opened so we can all watch the demo, then I get a call from NRS saying they’re OVERBOOKED and have to reschedule the appointment, so all my staff came in early for nothing! I didn’t even use the system yet and I’m having these issues!

To everyone who’s looking for new POS system, Do NOT get this product.
We have few locations across two states, it took us over 6 months to put all our inventory in this system when we first got it. Only to find out latter that this system has way to many problems, the biggest one is that these registers get missed up every time they update them, sometimes these registers refund money back to customers without us knowing. Then when you call customer service they keep switching u from one person to another, and you end up not getting help due to lake of knowledge in their employees. We find the problem for them after hours of work and then we try to explain it to them for another hour, and they won’t even fix it for few weeks or months and sometimes they don’t.
Honestly, I am very disappointed and I am looking for another option before it’s too late.

This has been a horrible experience with NRS. The process of charging me is so quick. But have to wait 2 weeks to get a credit card machine. And now that I have it I been on the phone for over 1 hour 1/2 to get to the nrs pay department to set up my credit card machine. I’ve lost so much business not having a credit card machine. From my past experiences setting up POS systems for retail stores this has to been the most difficult to get done. I recommend to look somewhere else.

DO NOT USE! Not only did they lie to me about what services were available (like keeping track of taxes...which is an upcharge), they just charged me for canceled service. Horrible company. I own a small retail store and we can't afford to put out that kind of wasted money. Called MULTIPUL times trying to return the system, and was constantly ignored. Being told they would call back and never did. Then sent me an email saying my return period had expired. On top of that, After canceling our service, I was just charged for another year!

I have three pos from this company. Today is December 3rd it’s been a week over a month and we still haven’t got our money from our credit and debit card sales. They owe me 20k on the phone ever day over an hour very poor customer service none of them can speak proper English. Over 70 emails they can’t explain where my money is they keep saying they’ve escalated the issue that’s the only thing they’re able to tell me. Literally the worst company there ever is.

Do not buy this POS system . They are the worst customer service I experienced . They never listen to you once they setup and even the representative not answer the call after that.
I have NRS pay their credit card so PCI compliance fee is included in it as they said when they sign me but when I saw statement they charge me $74.99 every time and when I called it for that they just tell me someone call you back for that but no one call me back. So my suggestion is that do not buy their system or credit card they are fraud. Don’t waste time and money…

I own a dollar store and I chose NRS POS after considering other POS. NRS POS provides alot of features and i find the app very useful. However, I agree with others about Company having not good customer service. Here are things I find annoying most of the time.
1) I don't think they have enough people working in customer service center. You have to call at least 3-5 times to get connected
2) They don't work after certain hours and also not on the weekend.
3) Maybe once everyweek, the App is down. This could be due to the update that they are making or technical issues. The users are never informed about this. So person like me who is using the app useful, I really get annoyed because customer center is closed and the app is not just working. If app is down in the evening, you need to wait until the next day.
4) They have different departments. Technical, sales, operation(?). Its always the case that one department would say something that is confirmed to be wrong by the other department. If none of the department can provide answers than you just have to figure it out on your own or don't think about getting it solved.
5) They charge service fee every month and I agree that they provide good features but their customer service is not that great.
* Their sales person is great. I got my POS through Luis Menegazzo. He is very helpful and he seems to know alot about the machine and the features.

Terrible customer service wanted to buy id scanner
which they advertise, I called 10 days straight and every time that I spoke to customer service they told me that as soon as they hang up the phone sales manager will call me back.
When you ask for a supervisor each of them telling you there is no one above them.
Do not get the NRS system because the customer service is terrible and this is not just the first incident that happened.
Also, had problems with the credit card machine a few weeks ago called and had to leave a message for someone to call me back it took 48 hours, obviously, I was able to fix it on my own by that time.
Every time there is an issue there is no one to help you.
Even if you would like to purchase from them additional equipment.
They just want to sell you POS
and charge you different monthly fees.
So now I'm stuck with their POS System and terrible customer service, with every customer service representative being a manager, and whoever is above them they do not talk on the phone.
They just tell you good luck.
SO if you purchase NRS system GOOD LUCK.

Everytime you have an issue that you call for they make a ticket for some other dept that you can never contact directly and they say that dept is going to call you back. Done like 5 tickets and they never call me back or contact me in any way to fix the issue and when you call back again to get an update, they just submit another ticket for them to call you back which they never do.
And the only thing they do here is reply with a copy paste message to tell you to call them and when you call is the same thing all over again.

This is sad ,,,, the customer services is not customer service, we have issues all the time. And all that attention is When we are paying the monthly fee, to get issues fix takes so long , hours or days to have someone calling back !
I thought I was the only one , but I call few of my friends that have the same services ,,, is the same complaint,,,, NRS should get priorities right when it comes to customer services,,, you have none right now

They tell you refer someone and get bones, yet never received anything for the past six months. the POS is good for very small business, but once you ready to expand your business you can find better! I wouldn't recommend them any more.

We bought a system in FEB 2019 and it started breaking down in DEC 2019.
After fixing with small issues it became an interment issue and every time we were assured that it will be fixed. At that time it was under warranty. Instead of helping tour business to run smooth, they dilly dally the permanent solution and it completely broke down in Apr. NRS never provided a permanent solution and now they told us that the mother board is not good, which, in fact, was not good since DEC, 2019 They waited to expire the warranty period to tell the truth. We lost $900 due to their misinformed service, which seems to be deliberate. Potential customers, be careful before you buy from them. You have more potential of losing your money and wasting time. Just a sincere suggestion, decision is yours.

we have been using this pos for 8 months. This pos stopped working 5 days ago, after several calls to their "tech support" and speaking with Juan the majority of the time, we are given the run around. The pos states that is it not activated. I called and was told to call their accounting department. I tried calling and leaving a voice message, but havent received a call back. called several times and finally brenda from accounting answered and told us that the account was passed due 4 months and we had to pay to continue service. This couldn't be because the payment is automatically charged. We didnt dispute the charges since we are a convenience store and we needed the pos working, so we paid it. the next day, we received the same messaged, we called back and were told that we owed 2 more months, again, we didnt dispute this and we paid it, we were told that the message would go away but it never did. Its been 3 days now and no one has returned our calls, weve left messages to their accounting department and finally we called tech support again and spoke with juan. He got upset that I was upset about him not wanting me to speak with a manager to complain about their horrible service and how this is impacting my business, not to include that this is a breach of contract by National retail Solutions for failing to provide a service that is paid for. My next call will be the BBB.

The POS system from NRS is very well made in my opinion. The product comes with all the needed items to begin working at a store. I enjoy being able to use their loyalty program software to create my own promotions and deals. And their inclusion of a store manager app allows me to check in on my store and see many things like prices on items, store statistics, transaction history, and also it alerts me when I am low on certain products.

I bought a store with this system the software is easy to use and reliable, but the service is terrible. Could not get account transfered over, spoke to techs promise to fix everything but never follow through. Frustrated wish the service wish it was as reliable as their product. Waiting to resolve my issues resolved.
Amendment issues resolved thanks NRS for your quick response. Back to being shady charged one thing then want to triple charge. Can't get away from their bad business practices. Wish I had gone with another POS provider.

LOVING this pos in our grocery store. It's not just great for checking out customers - the built in club with customers swiping their key card for discounts, and the flashing ads are helping with my customer relationships. It's exciting to have a POS (with the loyalty program) that gives our store a more professional edge. I needed help and called support and the support agent was extremely patient and helpful. They even called us back to make sure we were all set up. I also just signed up for the new NRS Pay merchant services and we are excited to save money with taking cards, with no secret fees. The company we used before was ripping us off. I'm so glad we found NRS. (If you're reading this, thank you to the NRS support lady who helped me last week!)
