One of the best back office system companies I have worked with (and I have tried quite a few). Petrosoft is one of the few that delivered on their promise in a timely fashion. In the beginning there were a few features that we needed to incorporate in order to get our site running properly, the delivered of everything shortly after we signed up. This was well over 10 years ago now, I’ve never since had a thought to look elsewhere. They provide updates and new features regularly which is huge. The site is user friendly and easy to navigate and understand. The support staff is amazing and always gets any issues resolved fast. The sales crew is honest and never tried to upsell what you don’t need. Overall I don’t think there’s any other company that can compete with the level of service that Petrosoft provides. I’ve recommended them to several people who are also still with them and love the product & service they provide!

Totally recommend! I’ve been overseeing the operation of a 20- site gas station chain for more than 10 years. I can’t imagine how we would run our business without C-Storeoffice! The information and business insights that company leadership and store managers get from C-storeoffice is invaluable! Obviously, I disagree with the negative reviews here. Some of them are really old… I can tell from my experience that in the past couple of years Petrosoft and C-storeoffice have evolved to be much more user friendly and customer oriented.

In the beginning there were lots of pain points using the software. After a few years of use and working with their development teams, their software is a lot better! My experience has been positive with them!

It takes multiple days to receive a response, it's always a different person…and on top of this they don't even review the entire support ticket before providing a boilerplate "Response" and "resolution". This company also attempted to enroll us in an automatic monthly payment subscription without an opt-in, clause, or even notice. Fairly certain that breaks a few regulations.

I was promised 24/7 customer service however I get put on hold for hours and I get tickets closed out without a resolution. I can not get ahold of anyone through email to help me with my issues. I am needing help with my gas invoices they are not showing proper gas usage for 9 months now. I also got 4 months have been trying to get some help and training on my inventory and no response. I would not recommen this company to anyone at all.

They used to be good. But, in recent months their website is constantly facing troubles. Their customer service wait time is ridiculous (something they were good at before), and quite a lot you face surprising eliminations of certain promotions go away without any explanations. Worst of all, I had to take the rep through their own website, because she had zero knowledge about that. I had to explain some features to the rep who was supposed to fix my problems. Seems like we have to cancel our membership.

Way overpriced service, Have cancelled the service and am still being billed by this company after sending them cancellation email and calling them several times. There are a lot more cheaper and better options available. Please do not be fooled by this company.
