I have been a Dealer for over 10 years. The support that I've had during the pandemic has truly been a blessing. We all have had our own struggles and issues, but the team work that POS Nation has offered me and my clients is greatly appreciated.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. “POS Nation” has to be the most apt name this organization could possibly have. Do not fall for their deceptive sales process. The software and hardware are miserably poor, to the point that the support staff (while friendly) is totally hapless. Not only does this POS not have the features promised, it’s barely functional whatsoever. Knowing this, POSN also has a strict no-returns policy. Once you make the mistake of buying their product, you are locked into this terrible investment.
6 months in, I have hated my experience with POSN so much that I’m going to take thousands out of my own pocket just to replace this pathetic, useless, laughably awful product.
I can’t emphasize it enough - save yourself the time, massive headache, and huge waste of money; take your business literally anywhere else.

I shared my experience about POS Nation. But throughout this training period I came across all technician were one on top of the other so experienced, so courteous and helpful. To quote Heather and Katya are the examples because of whom POS Nation gets the top score.

They have a great system for liquor stores - BottlePOS. Divy helped me switch from my old POS to the new system. He did a great job helping me on my required time. Over all great system. Its a great system, can't think of any cons. They are always upgrading so new features all the time.

Divi is amazing, he helped me transition to Bottle Pos from my old software. The transition went very smoothly and the support I received from Divy and all the tech support team was top notch. I am very pleased with my experience with the whole team!

As the director of the IT department for the small business, I am posting this review. My experience with POS nation has been nothing short of amazing. It is refreshing to find a company that is willing and able to not only provide a good product, but be able to support and implemented quickly, swiftly, and most importantly – professionally.
Specifically, I was impressed with our support staff member Josh. Josh performed admirably while setting up our initial process for the point-of-sale system. He is our ongoing support staff member, and we are very pleased with having him.

Kyle , Saved the our world. Our system went down and we could have lost over $250,000 in inventory from the built up data base. That would have meant starting over from scratch right here before the busy holiday season. There aren't enough kind word I can say about how Kyle didn't give up . And we are so glad he didn't. I've been using POS Nation for 5 years now and feel like I've run into just about every problem possible... however, when the entire system crashed yesterday and I couldn't get into the program it was James with the Customer Support who got my system back up and running. All I can say is LIFE SAVER!!!! Thanks for your great work and it only took about 10 minutes for things to be fixed.

She was knowledgeable, warm, friendly and very patient. She ensured that communication lines were open pre and post assistance. She is definitely one of your greatest assets.

Our company experienced a totally positive start up with our POS equipment. Help was a phone call away and extremely responsive. The learning curve was quick and everyone at the store became comfortable using the equipment and suffered no customer delays or issues. Great job POS.

So I was looking for a POS System and came across POSNation. Did all the checks went to see other stores with the system etc and I purchased the system too. But from day 1 the service and the system have let me down! I even had to close my store down for a day because the tech support did not know what to do. They are trying to fix all the different errors etc that I am getting but we still have issues and I have customers confidence in my store. Managers have to go to directors but this process takes too long. Training is by appointment only (which aren't available for weeks) even for very small and what turns out to be a basic request. I was PRO POSNation but not after my experience with the company.

We have used POS Nation since 2014 and are still very happy with the system and the support that we get from their Tech Group. I want to give a shout out to the Tech Team, especially Johnny. They always get me back up and running. I never have to worry about whether my issue is resolved or not. Johnny takes his time and actually makes you feel like you're not just another caller, but he actually slows down and explains what the issue is.
POS Nation Tech Support is one of the best I have ever worked with, and I know they do their best to make sure that you are satisfied with their work before they get off the call.

My name is Tom Hoang and I am a manager at ARC Restaurant Supply locate in Houston. I am very new to POS Nation terminal therefore I had so many question. I been calling POS Nation for support almost everyday, I am lucky that I got Johnny on the phone most of the time. Johnny has a deep knowledge of the system, he always can resolved the issued that I have here at ARC. Most of the time the customer must called the support but for Johnny is different, he took his extra time to check back on us to ensure the business is running good or do we have any issued. For me at least, Johnny is a supervisor level not a regular tech support level. I wished we could have more support like Johnny so it could make more company run smoother. Thank you Johnny, I wish you the best and I hope you can use your expertise to help many more people just like us.

Johnny from Tech Support is great to work with. He is very patient, knowledgeable and explains everything as he goes along. We have 2 point of sale stations at our business, Battlefield Laser Tag, and he was able get them to do everything needed to make our business run efficiently.

We purchased our POS system in the early spring of 2019 after doing a lot of research. When we were looking at POS Nation they went above and beyond. They provided us with some references to call and every one loved there system and so do we. The system is incredibly helpful with inventory and keeping organized. We can call our sales rep or tech support with any questions and they are incredibly helpful. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great system.
