This has been a horrible experience with NRS. The process of charging me is so quick. But have to wait 2 weeks to get a credit card machine. And now that I have it I been on the phone for over 1 hour 1/2 to get to the nrs pay department to set up my credit card machine. I’ve lost so much business not having a credit card machine. From my past experiences setting up POS systems for retail stores this has to been the most difficult to get done. I recommend to look somewhere else.

I work in tech support and our POS systems have all been transitioned to OVVI POS machines. For a computer running proprietary software that I may not understand fully myself the tech support line is incredibly helpful and always prompt. I've spoken to the same guy twice now and both times he's been extremely helpful and I haven't had a single complaint about his service. Thanks OVVI Support!

I've had a terminal down for the past hour with a bar full of patrons. I've called 2x and left messages on the EMERGENCY line and still haven't gotten a call back

I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 30+ years and have worked with many different POS systems and I must say OVVI tech support is one of the best! No runaround. They get right to it when accessing and fixing problems. Real fixes not temporary bandaids on the problem. It’s also great knowing they have a local office.

I worked with my dad on the Tabor’s Smokin Soul food truck and he’s usually not very tech-savvy, but he got the hang of the technology quite swiftly! The system is excellent and very easy to use. I find it to be well suitable for the business and the POS representative is very helpful with responding to questions. Great software!!
