I have been working here since 14 months and it has been a wonderful experience. Lavu takes care of its customers and employees. They don't want their people to leave. They always welcome the ideas shared and give freedom to work and explore. The flexibility to work and share your ideas and implement them I don't think so any other company would give such powers to their employees so easily. I have been interacting with regular customers to premiere customers and it's been a great experience. They way customers appreciate our customer service is what makes me motivated to do more for them. A business person would understand better other business person so we encourage customers ideas and we give flexibility, payment options, product options, 24/7 customer service, we make sure our customers business are running smoothly which I turn serves their employees and 1000's of Patons food hunger. I am proud to be part of Lavu and helping my customers to achieve their business though us LAVU

The work culture is awesome, and the time flexibility is excellent. The management is very supportive you won't face any negativity in Company . The management cares for their Employee first. Opportunities to learn new technologies and shape up your career. Very good Work-life balance. Hybrid working model is also available where you can Work from Home for 3 days a week and visit the office for 2 days - Excellent job security - You get lots of training to choose from. - Overall, a great place to work!!

It's the people, of course. Everybody is friendly, positive, and supportive. The atmosphere is light and fun at the same time, producing excellent work. Everyone really cares about each other and leads initially to empathy.

Not being micromanaged and being trusted to get my work done. Everyone's very respectful. We all want to see each other succeed. We have been using Liberty Consignment Software from Resaleworld for 6 years. We have been so pleased with their customer service. They have helped us to become an online store. They have an amazing customer service crew. They have gone above and beyond to help us understand the many features of their software. Calls are returned in a timely manner and questions are answered with patience and respect. We have benefitted from their many features to expand into a growing online shop. There are also lots of helpful reports available. We are moving to a more paperless process with electronic signature capture for credit cards and contracts. All of this was done with their support, as needed. Liberty was a great choice and we are grateful for their ongoing help and support and for their constant push forward with new features and help for a growing business.
