Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, quick respond and right to the point help. I use my own hardware aka receipt printer, terminal and my merchant. They co-ordinate and resolve any issue even with WIFI provider. Excellent, excellent service. Thanks for your personal phone tutorial.

One Star might be to good for this company! We are in the Liquor Business do not bother with EHopper! Only thing worse than there Equipment is there Service and Follow through trust me Jerry Walker doesn’t care????????

I have Ehopper software for several years and I love it! Friendly user setup with so many options that I use for my business! My clients always wonder how come all businesses don’t have Ehopper software, so simple to use. Never had any negative issues with customer service, they have been very helpful. I highly recommend this software. You will not be disappointed!

They were good, until they weren't anymore. I liked their price point and service but when I decided to cancel my monthly plan as our business evolved, they continued to bill me, 2 more times. After 2 phone conversations where they assured me the plan was cancelled (and then they billed me anyway) I resorted to emailing them once their phone number stopped taking calls. After a week of not receiving any response from that attempt either, I decided to call my credit card company and issue a new credit card and report them so I wouldn't continue to be charged. I would have kept them as an option for future, but after this experience I realize they aren't the company I thought they were.

This is garbage company, they don’t have any credits, terrible service, only charge monthly fee even you cancel . Don’t waste time try this software.
