I have been a client of ESS since 2011 when I was opening The Limerick Pub. They set up the original POS system and a few years ago recommended a different system, which they also set up. The constant over the years has been their responsiveness to our needs and excellent service. Could not ask for a better partner!

During our renewal negotiation period with them, they charged us a full month service fee despite cutting off our services multiple times. Our entire organization is fed up dealing with them. Please be wary of the good reviews and look at all the negative experiences that have been shared on here. It should also be noted that when someone from their Customer Success Team reaches out, they bribe or try to exchange services to request the deletion of poor reviews. It happened with one of the members on our organization. Their team of account managers have slow response times and will often go on vacation or be away from their desks for extended periods of time without any notice whatsoever.

have been a customer for 7 yrs now. The product is good. but off late their customer service is very very bad. you have to literally beg them to help you if you have any issues and they will do it as if they were blessing us. No professionalism, No follow up & worst customer support, though I like their product but wouldn't recommend to other due to their customer service. definitely i will move other service in a few months and will ensure others as well.

Gilbert was amazing, he was very helpful when it came to what I wanted. I brought my pc parts to get built and he did everything that I needed which was installing everything and putting the parts in! Very professional and does amazing work. Definitely would come back if I have any issues with my PC!

For a canadian company, it is such a shame that they could not provide a better experience for the small businesses here. You can tell from the negative reviews that once you sign their contract, they no longer care for your repeat business with their horrible customer service. They need better training if they want customer retention.

This process of finding a POS system is so stressful but after several failed attempts and many hours of researching options I found Jasmaine at Brilliant POS and purchased a clover system. Jasmaine has made all of this a much easier process- her customer service skills are exceptional! I would highly recommend brilliant POS when looking for a system.

Terrible service. Terrible products. Terrible technicians. From day 1 of installation my equipment hasn’t worked. At least twice a week the printers in my kitchen would go down for ~5 hours until eventually only 2 out of 4 printers worked. For WEEKS I had to beg them to send a tech out until they finally did. After the 2 hr visit, they assured me the problem was resolved. The printers went down that night. I’ve called Upserve ~30/40 times to resolve this issue and can barely get anyone in the phone let alone help. They continue to charge me for their system but I’ve switched over to TOAST 3 months ago.

The software is solid and reliable. Switched from premium Wireless and we have not witnessed a single second of downtime yet. The software fulfills every need we have, invoicing, parts management, interfacing with the customer in an organized fashion, reporting, and the list goes on forever. In case we need further explanation of a feature, the support team is second to none. Price is way less than one would expect for everything it does. Our daily operations completely rely on this product. Highly recommended for the retail business!!!
