Cassandra made the POS part of my business trouble free. I was provided with great information to determine which system was most appropriate for my business. Technician services were quick to respond and Jesus Fraga made it seem effortless. Not only did the gentleman install the system, but he stayed there as long as I needed to make sure I understood everything it had to offer. I would strongly recommend 1st choice.

Support Team is Worst at gofrugal. For each and every problem team takes more than a month to solve the issues inspite of strict follow up with the support team sales everyone. Inspite of such high AMC n Support charges service is worst. Its Just like that - THEY VALUE FOR THEIR MONEY ONLY NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS TIME AND MONEY. Feeling Trapped

Really Very Very Dissappointed with the after sales service of go frugal. its just like after receiving the the money by selling software there is no focus on after sales service.Support level is very very bad. Feeling as if i m trapped. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Even the rating shown is asked by the team to do it 5 STAR when they do anything good to you.
